I went here and had the most disappointing experience. I went to get food because I was hungry. I get burnt fries and underserved quantities of ice cream. When I discuss this with the employees and ask for my new fries and a redo of my ice cream. The employee gets mad and agitated and says I’m not going to tell her how to do her job. She gets upset because I’m going to take pictures of my ice cream and snatches it before I can take a photo. Then states I’m never allowed there again. That she has my name and is calling the cops on me. The cops show up and are respectful but say I have to go. I’m not allowed there due to the employee calling the cops and making a report on me. Mind you I was with my family, they were not able to finish their food. We had to leave and told we can never return. I would never want to return to be mistreated and yelled at by employees. Today was a traumatizing day. I’m very disappointed in the servings and the fact that I paid so much to get so little. Don’t go here unless you want to get burnt fires. Or yelled at by the employees. Or have the cops called on you for wanting to take a photo of an ice-cream....
Read moreWe ordered 2 burger combos and got only one combo. My burger was cold. They forgot my drink (that was included in the combo) and fries (for the second combo). After asking the guy who brought our food, he went back inside and came back telling us that the drink had not been charged, so we paid for a separate soda. Then when we told him about the fries missing he went back inside and said the girl working there told him that we had not ordered fries. We had ordered two combos how could we possibly only get one side of tater tots and not our second side? Anyway, he went back inside to let his manager know about the issue. He comes back with fries and tells us that the girl said we had to give back the tater tots in order to get the fries. RIDICULOUS. We don’t blame the guy that helped us since he was just following orders, but whoever the girl was, how can you ask for food back after you were the one who sent it and after many errors. We didn’t ask for a name or anything because honestly we don’t like complaining, but this is by far the worst experience...
Read moreI typically order through the sonic app so that I don't have to wait in the drive through line, but I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a large and small drink with a cup of ice. I had to call the location to ask what was taking so long, and one of the employees claimed to be backed up. There was myself, one car waiting on the other side, and two cars I had seen go in the drive through lane after I got there. So 4, maybe 5 cars. I can understand if they were the only one working, but there were three employees (that I could see) inside. In addition to that, and it was my fault for not seeing it sooner, but my drink was in a broken cup (which I had to hold up to keep from spilling) AND tasted awful. It was a large ocean water, and it tasted sour. Its unfortunate that this was the case because I come here fairly often and never had issues before.
