So I've been a customer of these guys since 2002 when they opened in the zaragoza location and couldn't be any more disappointed than today. Never really had major issues except this one time..... they decided to give me an empty pizza box in the middle of my pizzas. I order three pizzas and only got 2. Not sure if they did this on purpose or flat out a dumb mistake which I find incredible to believe since there was so many employees not doing anything when I walked in to pick up my pizza. When I got home my kids told me one of the boxes was empty, I called speedys and they just left me on hold when I let them know of the issue. I hung up and called again and another guy picked up the phone and left me on hold again for the manager. When I told the manager the issue, she sounded skeptical and asked for pictures. They made me feel as if I was lying. I sent pictures and she said they can give me credit so all i would have to do is go there and they would get me a pizza. I explained that I stopped by this location on my way home from work and I leave far away from this location. It took my irritation for them to agree for a mere refund. The fact that it cost these cheap skates 3 dollars to sell me a 7 dollar pizza made me realize they don't care nor appreciate their customers. The manager obviously doesn't understand the value of a customer. Each customer pays you an average of $30k in a lifetime. So guess what, after so many years I purchased from them they will not get any more of my business just because they wanted to save $3 on on their P&L and an fyi for the owners... i buy from these guys for all my employees pizza parties and work functions. Not no more. Not me, nor any of my family members. I will make sure no one we know or associate with buys from these guys. Read moreI placed an order for pick up. I always go to the Speedy’s on Dyer but decided to go here because it was in the area. I got my order and the wings were given to me wrong, I ordered 1/2 buffalo and 1/2 lemon pepper. What I got was 1/2 buffalo and 1/2 lemon pepper WITH buffalo and when I went back inside to ask them to fix it for me, the manager was rude about changing my order. I don’t know how 4 boneless wings is half a pound for the buffalo and 5 wings is have a pound for lemon pepper. If that accurate to their scale it needs to get changed. When I got home to open the pizza, the slices weren’t cut all the way through and the pizza cut all wrong with one huge slice and the rest small ones. To make it worse as soon as I got home (5 minute drive) the wings were cold in the middle so all the food had to get heated up again. Never changing locations, on the top of the order being wrong the employees were rude not just to me but I also witnessed it to other customers...
Read moreI ordered a Combo #1 with spicy BBQ wings, they sent hot wings When I tried to call back They wanted me to go back take the hot wings so I can get a new order of wings but but nobody was here to do that, I explained that they told me that it would take an hour and a 1/2 for a delivery put me on hold I called back call the back because they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then I got the manager Abby, I explained what happened to her she said they could deliver but charge me $5 if not she could give me a credit but I wouldn't get my barbecue wings to eat right now for dinner.😡😡😡 I'm disabled and there's none here to take back the hot wings and get the ones 1 ordered.. so I would have to have someone come to my house pick up the WRONG ORDER take it to Speedy's pick up the RIGHT order and then bring them to me, does that make sense?😡😡any Manager would've tried to make it right for the customer BUT NOT ABBY....and to make it right for a disabled...
