I drove up to the Starbucks in North Crossing. I ordered an oatmeal shake with almond milk along with a couple other items. I noticed before I drove off parking lot shake did not look like the shake I normally buy so I went around again and explained the order was wrong to which I was told they did not carry the shake there that what they had was the espresso. I Wallyâs have appreciated that they would have told me that when I preferred instead of just serving me whatever. She told me shake is slang and that is what I used when I ordered so they served me the espresso which is what is served when anyone orders shake. I have bought it before at other Starbucks as a shake and understand that not every store serves the same items or the same way but they could have let me know that to them it was an espresso. I told the lady ,Jessica, that I didnât think I used slang when ordered and she said well you are and so I decided to ask for the manager and she said âI am the managerâ and I asked well can I change it and she started again with trying to explain that she gave me what ii ordered I told her no maâam Iâve ordered it before at other Starbucks as a shake and I have received a shake and I was not appreciating how she was not understanding that all I want is a shake or my money back. Or something else. She asked what I wanted and told me to park at sheâd bring it out. It took her 15 minutes even though she had few maybe 5 customers inside and no one through drive thru. I went in to speak ask info on district manager and she handed me the frappe.. told me I was welcome and for next time to ask for it correctly. Excuse me?    Read moreMy family and I were thankful when we learned this location was opening as it is a lot closer to where we live. However, we have visited this location on several occasions to pick up mobile orders (mostly plain coffee and frappuccinos) that were placed 10-20 minutes before arriving at the store. When we go inside to pick up our order, it isn't ready and the baristas are inside joking around with each other with no regard for the customers who are waiting. Furthermore, we have family members with milk sensitivities and allergies who have gotten sick 3 times from frappuccinos that were mobile-ordered with a substitution of coconut and/or almond milk. The 4th time I mobile-ordered frappuccinos, I placed the order as I arrived in the parking lot then headed inside to watch them make my order as I wanted to see if they weren't substituting the milk as I ordered an paid extra for as this has happened before. Instead, what I watched unfold in front of me is one barista make a frappuccino with WHOLE MILK and not completely wash out the container, then another barista start to prepare my order with COCONUT MILK in THAT SAME CONTAINER. This is how I found out why we were getting sick. This location (10830 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, El Paso, TX 79934) is the ONLY location that doesn't have a designated container for making frappuccinos from non-dairy milks. This neglegience on this Starbucks location is grounds for a lawsuit as someone with a more severe allergy or sensitivity is going to end up deathly ill or worse DIE. This needs to be fixed...
   Read moreI asked for 4 beverages and all 4 were wrong. Guy who took my order was talking or having a good time with coworkers when taking my order. I know that drinks come up on the screen when ordering my bad not checking them on the screen first. But guy was talking to coworkers hopefully something that will improve customer service. I received my drinks, I check them and someone opens the window and starts asking me if thereâs anything wrong, as what I reply yes I did not ask for this. Then she calls a gentleman, he opens the window and starts asking me what is wrong, I am trying to explain him what was wrong when he interrupts me, he shuts down air and lowers volume on his end, and he asks again I explain myself for the third time to someone that I did not order what I received and then he takes the drinks and make new ones. Now I have to wait, and when I receive the new drinks, I received them without a tag on them, so I do not know what they have on it. I received no receipt on the transaction and now I do not know the name of the barista. This location was such a good location time ago, I donât know what happened.
