Me and my husband went to Starbucks to get two frappacinos and something on the side.
Which we ordered at 5:21 pm. We got a brownie and a cake pop, but not yet the frappacinos. We waited till 5:42 pm. Mind you it was slow sunday.
Some people were coming in, getting greeted, and getting their orders, but . . . we haven't gotten our frappacinos yet. Even an old pale guy with a baseball cap ordered five minutes after us and he got his frappacino first than us.
Until we went to the counter to ask what was the delay. Apparently, the lady barista had our frappacinos on the side on the counter (which by the way, where we were sitting . . we wouldn't known they were there).
They've been sitting there for maybe five minutes or more because we saw they were condensing and the ice and whipped cream was melted.The lady never called the ordered out loud (they usually ask your name so when your order is ready they call you by your name).
She didn't do that. She told us sorry about that, and she said they've been there for 2 minutes but clearly they been there for 5 or even more. She even told us to get a straw and see if it was still good.
We told her no thank you. We rather have a new batch for the inconvenience and she said of yes of course.
My husband and I were upset because we've been waiting for 21 minutes for our first ordered frappacinos. The second batch just took under 2 minutes to make or less (this time calling the name of the order).
The manager was there didn't say anything to us just was eyeing the situation but that was it, so...

She was on a schedule and could not return right away. When she returned, she went through the drive through not knowing it was better to go inside. A young girl began to argue with her that the two coffees where the same. All that was expected was an apology and she was going purchase a new coffee, the one she originally ordered. The girl began to raise her voice, become arguementative, angry, and demeaning to her. As an immigrant. she did not really realize that this was not acceptable. When I went into the store, Hector began to stick up for the girl. The name of the rude cashier was not provided to us. Hector informed us that the manager, Dominick, came in and out and had no set schedule. I've only heard of this in Mexico. Read moreOkay guys so I visited this location at night 09.05.21 when this incident happened. I was ordering an white chocolate mocha hot with special details on there. I’ve been getting this certain white chocolate for the past year without any problems throughout multiple stores. Unfortunately they messed up my order. When I explain to the staff that the order tasted like water. They proceeded to make another with the same details, without any issues. Now when they fixed the order. I told them That this was much better than the original order which they gave me. And one of the staff began to say very disrespectful comments towards me. And blew me off saying good night. I did not argue I just left home afterwards. The professionalism was thrown out the window when unnecessary remarks came at me.
