Subway — Restaurant in El Paso

Believe me this place is filled with hard working people who always go above and beyond for their customers. Chris L. Grohusko is insane he's a regular and he regularly harasses every employee in there. He goes in calling the girls mamasita and asks the employees for ridiculous requests such as; removing seeds from tomatoes, counting a certain amount of vegetables on his sandwich etc. I personally know the worker hes talking about and he's a phenomenal employee he's a very patient and kind hearted individual. Chris L. Gruhusko went out of his way to try to record and get a reaction from him but he simply did not interact. Gruhusko has gotten kicked out from several stores and restaurants from the area because he is disruptive don't believe him he's just upset because he didnt get his way... And subway never denies service he was the only exception. They've had enough conflicts with you, Chris and if you don't know how to behave yourself like the grown man you are...

I went there on 04/38/2021. Ordered two salads to go. I was very disappointed on how rude the two employees there were. There names are Caleb and Maddie. They have no idea what customer service is very rude. I hope the owners read this thread not only they were rude they are so slow on making my salads. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and not only that they tried to over charge me for extra meat and cheese which I had to correct them. C'mon.. Subway replace these individuals with people who really care and have adequate customer service and who really need a job. I want to advise to aware this place wants to charge you extra if you want a decent extra tomato or any small simple thing like that. This place is becoming shady a decent charge you for any little extras. Take you hard earned money deposited go to another location...

Experience was ridiculous performance from the crew was very poor especially from the younger (female) ACTING like management yelling at her crew about the bathroom not being cleaned since the morning, crew poorly prepared our food we purchased 2 salads and requested the chopped salad and According to the crew member “ they didn’t do chopped salads at that location only “ then they didn’t even bother prepare the salads correct at all it was pathetic and ,.fyi lil girl (manager) when u walk out the store u don’t KICK the door just to go out and “make out”with another associate in the parking lot will not return to this location will never recommend,. #attention...
