We went thru the drive thru on November 16th at 8:35 pm and the guy who took my order was really rude and rushing we were the only car in the drive thru sorry for making u do ur job when we pulled up to the window I was able to see the guy he was African American when I got home I found my chili beans it wasn’t full he was probably tooooooooooo lazy to fill the container we’re they keep it warm When I got home I called the store to get his name NO ONE WOULD ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!! I called another Wendy’s to get some help and find out who the GM is at this location they told me he wasn’t sure buttttt he helped me out that’s pretty sad were I have to call another location to get help he told me he would let his GM know so he could contact the GM at This location where we were I explained to him my issues and that I tried to call and tell them and to get the guys name he told me he has gotten a lot of complaints like that people telling him that this Wendys they never answer the phone I called 10 times and no one could pick up really bad customer service really bad management because there had to be a manager during this shift doing nothing about this that African American guys should quit and apply for unemployment because he treats...
Read moreI love Wendy's so much! As a college student, the deals are superb for saving money on good food. However, today was a different experience. I placed a mobile drive thru order and pulled up, but they told me I had to come inside. I asked if they could just bag my order and give it to me there, but that's when I'm assuming the manager came to the window. With a lot of sass and attitude, she just said "Those are the rules you need to come inside now. That's why we have the mobile order stand." She looked so incredibly annoyed to talk to me.
I went inside immediately, and they didn't even have the order ready. It was one single breakfast combo. I don't understand what this new rule is, since I've been an avid "mobile orderer" for years now (what a godsend to introverts). I'd understand if they had already put it into the little mobile order cubby, but they didn't!

Read moreOne of the worst locations on the Far East side. I'm a very patient person and I understand mistakes happen, but they're so often at this location. Always double check your bags before you leave and don't be surprised if the staff gives you attitude. They missed some chicken nuggets today (not a big deal) so I asked for them inside. The guy who gave me the food was behind the counter, swearing up and down to someone else he put them in the bag. I triple checked and I had no nuggets. They gave me a small bag and I went on my way, but on my way out I hear a lady say "Don't worry, karma" so loudly that it might as well have been shouting. I was in a rush to work, so they're lucky I didn't stop in say something. Please, I don't need to steal $1.99 nuggets. I'd pay for more if I wanted more.
