The service today (2/8/25) was terrible! My order was #3057 & Joshua was my server. Joshua got my order wrong but, at least, he was apologetic in the end. It was the girl that worked at the drive-thru with him that I have my main issue(s) with. I went to the drive-thru & told Joshua that my husband wanted a large spicy chicken sandwich combo. I asked him to add sweet onions, pickles & Asiago cheese to the toppings that are already on the sandwich, a Dr. Pepper, an apple & pecan salad, and a medium chocolate frosty. I drive up to the window to pay. Joshua took my card & his female co-worker comes to the window with a bag in her hand & says, "Baconator, right?" I said, "No." Joshua told her that I had the large spicy chicken order. As she is walking away, I asked them if they had added the extra toppings that I asked for at the window. They both ignored me. She comes back with 2 bags in her hand. I checked the sandwich and, of course, none of the extra toppings were on it. Joshua brings me the frosty. I handed the sandwich back to Joshua & told him that none of the extra toppings were on there that I had requested at the window. He said, " what were they again?" I told him. He comes back with the sandwich & apologizes. I asked him where my drink was? He said, "Coke, right?" I said, "No. Dr Pepper." He comes back with a large drink. I take it. He gets ready to close the window & I say, "My receipt, please?" Again, he apologizes & hands me the receipt. As I am taking the receipt from him through the window, I look over his shoulder & the same female co-worker is at the drive-thru cash register looking sideways at me with the most hateful look I had ever seen!! She was not being very professional at all! She was looking at me like I was in the wrong. I get home & they still had left off the pickles! Jeez!! I am hoping that management sees this & does something about their customer service. I am now reading the reviews & it looks like I am not the only one that has had issues with this place!! They need to seriously get their...
Read moreWould have liked to been told that they ran out of regular nuggets at the speaker, or at the very least when y'all handed me the food even with the manager right there. You couldn't let me know then? Waiting and wasting 20 minutes when you could have let me know so I could cancel the order or figure something out. The cook that gave me the order was so damn rude, no greeting or anything, could feel her damn attitude and it's crazy she's like that with the manager standing right by her side. I go back and ask can I get the right nuggets I ordered and that's when they say "Oh we ran out of the regular nuggets" yeah thanks for letting me know now after my money is spent on some food I'm not even gonna eat at all. So if the cook is reading this, you literally cooked all those spicy nuggets for no reason cause I would have told you no thank you if you let me know in time but no one bothered to tell me at all. I don't like the spicy nuggets at all. Wasted your time by wasting my time and then to be all huffy and puffy giving me the food. Seems like that cook did the fries first and let em sit there while the other food was cooking cause these fries are hard and old already. I don't think they change their soda dispensers either cause the Dr pepper taste like water with fizz. The saucy nuggets sucked as well, hardly any sauce. Nighttime crew really does suck. For sure won't order if that cook is working cause she does not make food right and if that manager is there cause she lets...
Read moreMy experience here today was excellent. The man working drive through headset and first window was cheerful and efficient. The whole experience was fast enough that I'll be back to see if it's also fast during the busier hours I'm usually looking for breakfast.
They didn't have Splenda for my coffee. I don't know if Wendy's doesn't carry it or if they were out, but the guy actually ASKED what I'd like instead. Most places just give you a different artificial sweetener. Since I'm allergic to all of them but sugar and Splenda, it's nice to be asked, rather than finding out when I'm 10 miles down the road.
This was my first time getting Wendy's breakfast, so it was my first impression, and it was good. If management reads this, the guy (I didn't catch his name) working first window around 9:15 am on January 7th made that impression well. Deserves at least a pat on the back for doing...
