Wendy's — Restaurant in El Paso

This is a brand new location. First, for "fast food", it takes way too long to get your food. Second, the food is mediocre at best. The fries looked like the bottom of the frozen potato bag, lots of quarter inch pieces. Third, we have come in twice AND asked for ketchup on a to-go order. No dice on the ketchup. For a $26+ order, you can't give us any ketchup? Last, the order of chili was short from the top of the container by half an inch. I find it extremely hard to believe you have to use such drastic measures to turn a profit. Due to the reasons listed above, we won't be back. We usually have fast food twice a month. You are not on the list. Oh and the 2 girls working the front counter should try paying attention to the customers instead of each other. I could care less if they are friends. Maybe we could have had the twice requested ketchup. Management: train your staff!! Husband went inside to make sure we got the ketchup,...

All wendy's employees hate their job, and you can literally see it in their face and damn attitude. It's not the customers' fault they look miserable. The food is gross, the meat is always given raw in the center. You tell them you don't want mayo and they drown the burger in ketchup..like why??

The location on Eastlake in El Paso , Tx, back in October, while the young manager was being yelled at by some rude customer I felt bad. But while I was watching all the chaos they had in there through the drive thru I saw that the employees or team leader was pissed off at the other young employees all because she wasn't sure my order was correct. They employees were just putting orders out so I saw her open my bag and take out my burgers and unwrap and touched them to make sure they were exactly as ordered. Never eating...

Raw chicken, wrong orders, 30 minute waits.

I’ve gone twice. Both times waited 20 or more minutes for food when there was no one in front of me. They handed me a frosty without a straw or spoon in the drive through then went away for 30 minutes.

I was also served a raw chicken sandwich here. I didn’t try to eat it till I was down the highway and at that point I couldn’t make my appointment and go back.

Other Wendy’s locations seem fine but this one is a disaster, do not go here.

Edit: and, I just got home. I only checked half the order to make sure it was right. I ordered 2 number 6s, get home, and one of them is a burger. They didn’t include a receipt in the bag either, so I can’t fill out the review thing...
