My coworkers and I placed and order and my order was incorrect. My ordered was 18 boneless bites and funky fries with no jalapenos. when I received my part of the order I only had 9 bites and there was no green onions or bacon on the fries. The order was placed under My coworkers name so I had her call and speak with the manager. (name unknown) He said he would replace 12 bites and the fries. I went back 6/21/21 to get the order replaced. Before going back I did try to call the store so I can just order ahead instead of having to spend too much time there. I called the store 8 times and NOT ONE PERSON ANSWERED. When I got to the store around 7:30pm they didn't seem to be too busy so I tried to call the store 2 more times and still no answer. Eduardo was the manager who I spoke with. I told him my order he repeated my order and when I came back in to collect the food the fries were incorrect again. I told the young lady who was helping me that the fries had jalapenos and she took them back. When she returned the "new" fries had no sour cream, green onions and bacon. I told her again that the only thing I did not want was jalapenos. She walked across the store, back to the kitchen with the fries partially opened. She then returned with the same fries with added green onion and bacon and a side of sour cream. I'm not sure if the manager was made aware that the order was incorrect so many times but I was a little disappointed he didn't come back out to at least apologize for the inconvenience. I asked the woman who I was speaking with for a receipt (that I now have misplaced) so I can fill out the survey. When she handed me the receipt I asked her for her name in which she responded " I cannot give it to you" I asked her only for a first name and she told me I had to read it from the receipt. The receipt said "Monica" so I asked her if that was her name. She still looked unsure but said yes that she works in curbside. I'm not actually sure if that was who helped me or not. Had I known it was going to be so much of a hassle I would have just asked for a refund. My time spent at the store which was not long, was very...
Read moreOn Sunday, the 21st of January 2018, I took my family to Wing Daddy's for lunch right after church. I ordered wings and veggies while my kids ordered the boneless bites kids plates, and my wife ordered the Fiery Green Chile Cheeseburger with a fried pickle appetizer. My kids got their plates first followed by my wings and my wife's burger. Upon receiving her burger she noticed that their was a medium length hair stuck in her crispy onions that were sitting on top of the burger. She called the waitress over and stated that she no longer wanted the burger because of the hair and ordered something else. The waitress apologized and told us that she'd inform the manager. A few minutes passed when the waitress came out, apologized again and told us that it must have been the other waitress, that brought out the food, who dropped the hair on my wife's burger. We weren't looking to blame anyone, but we knew that wasn't true because the hair was cooked into the crispy onion. It wasn't just laying on top of the burger. The hair in my wife's burger isn't why I'm writing this review. It was the way it was handled, or should I say wasn't handled. The point of eating out as a family is enjoying our food together. It ruins the experience when someone has to wait for their food. By the time my wife got her sandwich, the kids and myself were almost finished. The manager never came over to our table to address the situation, and all that was done for us, after our Sunday family lunch was ruined, was to credit the difference of the burger and the sandwich to our ticket. I must say that my family and I left the restaurant with the feeling that the manager couldn't care less about the dining experience people have at the restaurant he manages. That shows a complete lack of professionalism and consideration for Wing Daddy's patrons. We...
Read moreUPDATE: Will say this is my first update to a review that really needed it. First time coming was a great experience but this second time around was horrible. Ordered an app that took 30mins to get to the table took some time but it's ok things happen. Then this is where the wait time becomes unbelievable. Ordered the app at the same time as our meals which were wings and fries. Took about an hour and a half to get our food, asked three times about an ETA. Was told there was only 1 cook and the manager was in the back cooking food to help 🤔. Finally 2 of the 4 meals come out, wait about another 15 mins next 2 meals come out missing the fries, fries came out old and cold sadly. My party was very upset. They wanted the ranch taken off the bill since they never got it. Our waitress points out the ranch that was given to me and my girlfriend was for them (it was in our basket of fries with seasoning all over it) I mean really. All while we've been there waiting for food, 1 table of 4 sat down when we got out 1 app got their food ate paid and left before we even got our meals. Table of 6 ordered and ate their meals another table of probably 15 had their wings coming out before we got ours which is crazy since we sat down and ordered before all of them. Truly an upsetting and sad experience. I'll try another wing daddys.
Food was great. Love the flavor of the sauces and wings are just made perfect saucy and crispy at the same time. You can ask them to fry them naked if you wish. We enjoyed our salt and vinegar fries, so much flavor on them. Love that you can taste samples of any of their sauces and they give you a few fries to do it. Service was great with our waitress, only ding was that we waited at the front door for a while before a hostess came around. We would for sure come back, wings are...
