Decent pizza at this brewery. The beer was ok. Lots of variety with ipas, wit, stouts, kolsch and whatnot. The space is very bright and inviting a mixture of benches, couches, and small coffee table like seat and tables. There is an outdoor patio section which is nice when it's not raining.

The staff was nice and good with explaining their beers. The pizza was great. I tried the jeepnep and it was slightly greasy but the bread and toppings were good. The tater tots were a little bit soggy or undercooked. Maybe it was fried too fast without enough time to crisp.

Overall decent place to be at for a happy hour after work and trivia on...

I had a layover at LAX airport from Bangkok, Thailand. I couldn’t imagine a better welcome home to the states than the delicious beer consumed at Five Point Five Brewery. I was staying at the Hyatt Place hotel and didn’t have the energy or will to venture very far. To my luck and surprise, I landed (pun intended) at this special little brewery. The pizza was great, beer 10/10, and locals hanging out on a Monday- welcoming and fun! I’ve added them to my list of go to spots when I find myself in LA. My favorite was the Kölsch but you can’t go wrong with the flight… especially helpful when fighting jet lag. Okay,...

El Segundo's newest brewery, and an outstanding one at that. Rising like a Phoenix from the ashes of Surfridge brewery, this is quickly becoming one of the best spaces with the best drinks, best food, best company in the South Bay. Jeremy, the masterful brewmaster from Surfridge, bought the place when the former shut down. Now a family run brewery with literally the best beer around, this is the place to be.

If you're concerned or confused, come ask me. There's free WiFi so I work remotely from here Friday afternoons!

I love all the breweries in El Segundo - Five Point Five is deservedly the closest...

Visited after an afternoon on the beach with our 2 year old. The kids area had a variety of toys to play with and crayons/markers/chalk to color with. Kiddo was happy to play while we enjoyed our drinks. The pizza menu looked appealing and it was nice to see kid friendly options available (Dino nuggets, tater tots) although the nuggets seemed expensive. Everything was very clean, the building was spacious with cozy furniture. Parking was easy right out front, and we had no problem bringing a stroller in. We had a very nice visit and would definitely return again!
