FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I HAVE BEEN A PATRON OF THE ESTABLISHMENT BEFORE THEY ARRIVED AT THIS PRESENT LOCATION FOR THOSE IN THE KNOW👍 THE SERVICE IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING. MY EXPERIENCE TODAY WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE👎 AND TOTALLY NOT APPRECIATED 😞UPON ARRIVAL WE WERE GREETED AND TOLD TO FIND ANY SEAT SO WE DID AND WAITED TO BE ATTENDED TO LONG STORY SHORT I HAD TO GET MINE AND MY WIFE'S MENU WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT AROUND TO GETTING OUR ORDER I STATED THE ORDER WILL BE TO GO WE PLACED THE ORDER AND WE WAITED AND WAITED I WATCHED AS OTHER PATRONS THAT ARRIVED AFTER US RECEIVED THEIR MEALS OUR SERVER RETURNS AND SAYS OUR ORDER IS READY SHE CAN BRING IT TO US IF WE WOULD LIKE NO THANKS WE WILL GET IT I REQUEST A TO GO CONTAINER FOR THE CHIP AND SALSA I WATCH SHE GO ABOUT HER BUSINESS WITH NO INTENTION OF RETURNING NO TIME SOON I SEND MY WIFE TO PAY FOR OUR MEALS SO WE CAN GO OUR BILL WAS APPROXIMATELY $30.00 WHICH MY WIFE PAID I WAITED AT THE TABLE STILL WAITING ON THE TO GO CONTAINER THE SERVICER HAS FINALLY RETURNED WITH A TO GO CONTAINER AT THE SAME TIME MY WIFE RETURNS ASKING THE SERVER WHERE'S OUR FOOD AT???? OOH 😲 WE GAVE YOUR ORDER AWAY BUT YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE KINDNESS TO SHARE THAT VITAL INFORMATION INSTEAD THIS SERVER CHOOSE TO LAUGH I GUESS THAT'S FUNNY 🤣 HOW SAD WE LEFT NO FOOD HOPEFULLY THE FAMILYS TRADITIONS AND VALUE WILL...

We have NO IDEA why this place has so many Stars!! Got the (cheese) enchilada/(beef) tamale combo. I'm pretty sure the small amount of enchilada sauce I got was canned. IF it was "homemade" then Common now, add some chili powder, comino & tomatoes ect to it. Its not suppsed to be so Bland! I did not even eat the Tamale. It was 95% Dry masa & the little bit of "beef" was super dry too. I told the waiter about the super dry tamale & he said; "I know, huh?". (Wish I knew caz I would not have ordered it). I asked for a little shredded lettuce to go on my bland enchilada. Got the bill & they charged $1.50 for the lettuce! I tld the manager when I was paying about being charged for the lettuce & the tamale was inedible & she took off the lettuce but still charged me for the tamale. They are blessed to have all these regular customers. Maybe they should post what they order because if they got what we got, they would go elsewhere. Good food, good value. I was in at lunchtime and I ordered the Lunch Special which is ample, quality, and tasty. If you have alarger appetite, you can order bigger meals during lunch too. The prices are on par and fair. I didn't order a beverage nor a Margarita, as I didn't have that time needed for any alcohol, but I was happy with my meal. This tome, I was dining solo, and just in for a quick lunch. My waiter checked on me once, and the time for my food to come out was not long at all - totally acceptable to me. Actually LaPaz has good tasting food - regardless of my love for (heavily seasoned) food.
