Fair Program — Local services in El Segundo

A few months ago when our property went into pre-foreclosure, someone from the Fair Program stopped by our house and offered to help us with the Loan Modification process. We did not think much of the visit since many other people and organizations had also stopped by to offer the same programs. There was one difference in the way the Fair Program representative expressed himself that made them stand out in our minds, something honest about him. Many months later, after trying out various other services and programs and solutions, and basically waiting for a miracle, we finally decided to call the Fair Program. We met with Jeremy and he walked us through the entire process. I have to say we were a bit skeptical at first just because we had dealt with so many other people that had just wasted our time. Jeremy was up front about what services and assistance they were going to provide and what the outcome might be. The partnership that the Fair Program has with the investment and real estate groups gave us pause but he assured us that the final decisions would be ours and that there was really nothing that could be done without our signatures. Basically, if our bank did not approve our Loan Modification, we would allow the Fair Program's partners to represent us in the sale of our home, that was it. We never got that far because our bank approved the modification with the help of Jeremy and his team of experts. The Fair Program helped me with saving my home. I was eight months behind on my mortgage. I was contacted by Brandon H. and he explained to me that the Fair Program could help me free of charge.
