Buckle up friends (and stay away)
So my coworkers and I decided on doing Raising Cane's for lunch, it's a little far, but it sounded good. Loved the group ordering function, I just sent my coworkers the link and they could add what they want, great, easy. Schedule for 12 and submit the order for 11:30.
We get there at 12:15 because traffic, and the order still isn't ready. It's a big order, but it was over 15 min after the scheduled time. We talk to the guy at the front he says they are working on it, ok fine. Then we talk to, what seems like, the manager, and he says oh let me check and he hands us our drinks (this is an order for 10 people so it's a lot of drinks). My coworker takes them to her car, and then I get handed the food away from the counter, so can't check on anything, then we go back to ask for extra sauces because we don't see them, same guy tells us they are in the boxes (he didn't pack them so how would he know).
We got back to the office and 0 extra sauces we paid for were provided, 1 of the extra coleslaw was missing, the extra Texas toast was missing, and 2 of the drinks were messed up (sweet tea instead of unsweetened). It's fine, we get everyone there food, I give away some of my items so my coworkers can enjoy what they ordered.
I called the restaurant to ask for a refund because a lot was wrong and people were missing items, and this lady answers, and when I say I would like a refund all the sudden becomes defensive/aggressive saying well I can't refund you everything (I only want a refund for the stuff I ordered that I didn't get). Then she argues with me for each item, and in the end it was a lot of work and anxiety for probably a very low refund. Which I get, it's probably a pain for them too, but when you mess up so much of the order, it would be nice if you would apologize and say something like "how can I make things right?".
Anyway, I will not go back here. The location is in a weird place and the service was terrible. Please be wary...
Read moreVery disappointing experience. I'm a canes lover and I was so excited to come here since this was now in my city and didn't have to drive far. I'm giving this a 2 stars for cleanness, costumer service and a big concern about how my food is handled. I came here on a Friday night an yes it's busy I understand that. My disappointed came when taking my order inside became a longer wait. Workers were cutting from left and right placing orders. The place is so full I can see other costumer upset at the wait of food and also forgetting to place orders and to top it off no were to sit because i see employees taking their breaks and eating in the tables. I've never seen employees take lunches on the restaurant tables i believe all restaurant have a break area for all employees. As a costumer we come first and that was not the case. I avoided the lines out side to wait longer and i couldnt even sit because employees were talking up table's. I also could see only 2 works were taking orders and let me tell you I counted about 10 workers in front doing nothing and more in the kitchen also doing nothing. My second disappointed and more of a concern was how dirty everything was. Keep in mind we are still in a pandemic and I could see trash overflowing, drink are full of ice and counters so dirty and the floor full of trash. I can only imagine if the front looks like that the back could be worse and thats were my food is cooked and that's a big concern. Please be clean and organized I've seen other location much more busy and their service and cleanness are really good. For being a new location I hope this turns around and whoever is managing this needs to get on...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I’ve had today at this canes and I’ve had two. First off we pull into the canes parking lot and I try to get in line, a big suv then honks at me and issues threats at me for taking there spot when they’re like 5-10 feet behind and aren’t moving. I do admit I used my emotions to judge me and flipped them off for those threats and honking at me. The drive through employee ( white, 16-25 yrs of age, curly brown hair and sweater) then comes up to my car and tells me to go around for “acting like a douche” instead of an adult. I’m stunned at this point because did he not hear the loud threats of those people in the suv behind us?? Also calling a customer that instead of using any other word is not right and if I called someone that word at my job, I’d be fired. Also Why didn’t he kick them out instead because of the threats. As we were pulling out to go to the back of the line. The people in the suv still were issuing threats and I said some things in the heat of the moment too and left instead. Overall the drive through employee who handled the situation dropped the ball and calling a customer a name like that is not okay. I hope the canes manger or supervisor reach out to me and try to make it right by getting rid of inept employees that throw more...
