Starbucks — Restaurant in El Segundo

Let it be known that I'm only giving this 1 star review after multiple bad experiences. When ordering 2 or more drinks, I have always had the baristas make a mistake with at least 1 of them. It can range from something totally benign to a complete mess. Something as harmless as using the wrong sweetener to something more ridiculous like adding milk and caramel to a drink that has neither. If you decide to ask them, nicely I might add, if they can fix it, the employees will glare at you like you offended their ancestors or something and you can either take your messed up beverage and drink it or waste 20 minutes waiting for the correct item to be made. Good luck if you ordered multiple drinks to take back to your co-workers. Basically, the only reason to come here is if you are one person...

I personally made a mistake on my.order and free of charge he fixed it then me and my uncle asked for cream but for the third time they re made our drinks and did not charge us. Of course I gave a decent tip but the amazing staff did not only continue to remake the drinks but also educated us on a few things we did not know. If not for the love of Starbucks , for the love off a truly dedicated joyful delightful and amazingly kind staffi recommend this Starbucks more than any other coffee shop I have been to in LA!!! Poor customer service ( I am paying for coffee its not free !!!) I asked for a matcha green tea latte with customization (3 extra scoops and no ice and no foam) in it. They did a poor job. They just added matcha powder in milk and gave it to me. Moreover, I asked for venti , they gave grande on top they made me to stand in line to get the order changed. If you didn't like to serve, better please tell that rather than serving a drink which is too bad.
