I mobile ordered a venti white peppermint mocha from them, when I got home, I saw it was only 3/4s of the way full. This is ridiculous. I paid roughly $6 for a drink, I expect it to full. When I called and complained, the guy who answered the phone had the excuse that “sometimes the foam on lattes goes down”, however, I never told him what drink I had ordered; all that I told him is that I ordered a hot drink. Not to mention, my drink tastes mediocre, at best. I constantly have issues on the now rare occasions that I visit this location. I recommend avoiding this Starbucks...
Read moreVisited Tuesday, 11/9/22 around 5:10 pm, the two female barristas were very rude. The one at the register rushed me to order,, I was never offered food items like it's customary at other locations; the other girl was grouchy and rude, put out the two hot drinks without sleeves and the cup smeared with caramel causing my hand to become sticky. Both females seemed annoyed and not happy to be working there. Starbucks needs to demand it's personnel give great customer service at all times despite their personal issues. I've always had a preconception of it being some toxic environment from all of the "don't talk to me until I've had my coffee" jokes and similar talk. While there are still undoubtedly some bad apples occasionally, the staff are always kind. I'm always excited to stop by, set up my laptop, and relax with a drink.
