We were out in El Segundo doing some shopping and thought, Hey, ramen sounds great! Being from OC, we're spoiled with endless legit ramen spots, so we thought, how bad could it be? Well, Blossom Ramen answered that question with... Pretty meh!

I went for the Fire Kazan Ramen and was instantly hit with a nice kick. So if you want a chili bomb, you're in luck! But as for the rest of the flavors? They must've gotten lost somewhere on the 405 because the broth was more warm water with spice than complex ramen broth.
