I had the worker name Thwenic to make my order. Thwenic is an amazing worker. If I were to describe Thwenic’s service in one word, I would say there is no word to describe it. Not because I don’t know of word to describe , but because no word existed that can describe how amazing his service is, the only word that come close to a pinch of his greatness is perfection. Even perfection seems like an insult to his greatness of a server, because he is way better than just perfect, he is beyond perfect. I could talk about his service all day , but what make his service so perfect if you ask? To start its his quality in drinks he makes, how he put those little cute balls called boba in my drink. All the drinks he made me are like melted gold, heck melted diamond to the mouth. He is so wonderful that I made him a poem.

Oh, Thwenic, a sip of drink that you blend, Taste so great, I wish it never end, Each cup of boba, so pure and delight, A sip of joy, all day and night.

He crafts his pearls, sweet and smooth, In every cup, a magic groove.

His service, stood so bright Each smile he gives, a pure delight. No order’s rushed, no drink’s the same, Yet all who sip will know his name.

*edited they were quick to issue me a refund which I really appreciate. I changed the rating from 2 to 4 stars. I appreciate them making it right. I hope the orders get better because I would like to frequent this one over the one near by. ** I have ordered many times from here and they aren't consistent. Just ordered again today and THREE key ingredients are missing from my drink and it's not sweetened correctly! I tried calling and got no answer. My husband picked it up and didn't know what to look for. Drink was missing lychee, boba, and foam! I get this drink all the time and this isn't the first time it came back with missing ingredients. Other times we've ordered in the shop and the guy won't call out orders or does it so quietly, most of us don't hear and end up waiting a lot longer than we should be. These drinks are expensive and should be made with care...

So we've (My Partner and I) come here twice so far. That says something haha with the fact we came yesterday and came back today. The flavor alone in the Teas are just Chefs Kiss

Would Recommend to Anyone of Any age and will come back. Staff are Extremely Nice and The Atmosphere is like a Coffee shop. But one that You can support locally but with Insanely good Flavor. 10/10
