• I changed this back to five stars because of the exceptional response to our last delivery. I can't say I was totally surprised at their fix since Vocelli's has always been spot on with our requests. So, here's the rest of the story... I called in and spoke with the manager who profusely apologized and asked how to make it right. We ended up with no charge for the cold order, AND they filled the next order no charge! Turns out that several orders back (in the summer) we did direct to the front door. We have all deliveries to the side door regardless of food or an online order. The new order arrived promptly, hot, and to the side door! I'm very satisfied with this resolution. This is a business with quality and integrity. Huge thanks to the manager, Yunique(?) for all your help. You're the best! Love you, Vocelli's. ❣️

We ordered a large spinach gnocchi pizza with chicken and extra cheese, plus an order of cookies and two Pepsi-Colas for delivery. This is our usual go to order and the pizza is delicious! Since we live in a side door community where hardly anyone uses the front door. It's just easier since the driveways are closer, to always use the side entrance. There is no walkway to the front porch. This time I made sure to tell the Vocelli order taker to make sure to deliver to the side door. Check! After a long wait and no doorbell or phone call, my husband went to see if the pizza had been left on the side porch...nothing. So he went around to our snow and ice covered front porch. And there it was! Our now almost frozen pizza, cookies and soft drinks. I'm at a lack of words to tell how furious we are. First, the delivery person DID NOT follow directions, and secondly, common sense (in case there was already good sense) should tell them there's snow and ice on the porch, no footprints to indicate people had used the porch, and, finally, why the heck would you leave a hot pizza box out in the cold on a snowy porch!?! We had pizza almost frozen for dinner so that wasn't happening. Hello leftovers! I'll call tomorrow and see what management says. We used Vocelli almost exclusively since we moved here in 2019. Found a long black hair in my pizza - not once, but twice from this location! The first time was in early November. It was disgusting but I didn't report it so I didn't eat there again for a couple of months. Recently, I ordered on January 24 and it happened yet again! Reported it via their website and no one contacted me. Finally called corporate after several days and they transferred me to the store where I was told "no one with long black hair was working on the oven that night". Wrong answer! There's no one with long hair or black hair in my house, so If you think it was my hair or that I'm making this up because I want free pizza, you're nuts. Sadly, you lost my business. Unless things change I will never order from this location again. I placed my mobile order at 5:39 and was told it would be done by 5:54. I arrived at 5:50 and called to have it brought out and was told it wasn’t quite finished yet. At 6:35 I called again and asked when it would be ready and was told it was at the end of the line and would be at least another 20-30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I had been told this from the beginning I would have completely understood and could have left my house later, but instead I had to wait in the car with my 3 crying children for 40 minutes and was expected to wait an additional 20/30 minutes if that was even the correct amount of time.
