Burger King — Restaurant in Elgin

My recent visit to the Burger King in Elgin, Illinois, left me with a sense of disappointment. Burger King is a well-known fast-food chain, but this particular location didn't live up to my expectations.

Firstly, the service was slow and inefficient. It took an unusually long time for me to place my order, and the staff appeared disorganized. The wait time for my food was longer than I've experienced at other Burger King restaurants.

Cleanliness was also a concern. The dining area seemed neglected, with tables that were not properly cleaned, and trash cans overflowing. It created an unappealing atmosphere for dining in.

When it came to the food, it was average at best. My burger was a bit overcooked, and the fries lacked the usual crispiness I associate with Burger King. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly didn't leave me craving for more.

On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the drive-thru service seemed more efficient than the dine-in experience.

One of the worst services I’ve ever received. the girl “ Marisol “ is a ghetto rude employee. My charge was $10.56 cents, I handed her a 20$ bill with 56 cents to receive 10$ even back she snatched the 20 out of my hand and slammed the drive thru window on my face i told her 2 times i have the 56 cents she proceeded to ignore me after i told her the 3rd time she opened the window with a nasty attitude and started yelling “ i know you have the 56 cents but you have to wait ima take the 20 first “ In a yelling aggressive way. I then asked for her name she refused to tell me and told me to not worry about it i asked her twice to speak to the manager and she just rolled her eyes at me. This place allows vagrants and homeless people to harass paying customers. This is private property. If they are loitering THROW THEM OUT. My family and I have been harassed, threatened, and begged for food or money and when weve said no they swear and threaten us. When i complained to the manager she said theres nothing they can do(ITS PRIVATE PROPERTY YOU HAVE A RIGHT AS A BUSINESS TO TELL SOMEONE TO LEAVE AND NOT SERVE THEM). So instead lose good paying customers for people that aren't buying anything but loitering. No wonder alot of burger kings are closing- lousy management. We will drive farther away from now on to other burger kings or just go to McDonald's. Ive never had the same issues there because they dont allow it and McDonald's is basically 4 blocks away.
