Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elgin

I filled out an application three weeks ago at the elgin store. Since then I can never get in touch with the manager.She's either on vacation or not there well today.I came into the store and asked if the manager was there.Gentlemen said no but to come back after 5 o'clock.Well I called the store and the manager a Cathy answered the phone by saying grand Central Station. How can I help you? And I proceed to tell her that I filled out an application 3 weeks ago and that it's been a hit-and-miss trying to speak to her. And she cuts me off and says are you kidding me and I said excuse me, you're calling me about a job on a Saturday night at our busy hours and then hangs up on me. Totally unprofessional.. They have a sign help wanted for drivers and apparently they don't need help for her to act that way.Or maybe that's just How she is.. I'll be definitely getting in touch with cooperate, totally unprofessional.How did she know?I wasn't a custome to trying to order a pizza and she answers the phone grand central station. I will not be ordering pizza from them anymore. So if you're looking for unprofessionalism that'll be the place to go. Usually never had a problem with the location, recently I ordered what is usually order and noticed my total was a bit higher than before. Didn’t pay much attention, I get the 2 mix and match deal got 5.99, thought maybe that ended seeing I hadn’t ordered in awhile but ordering tonight I asked about it because I saw and add that showed the deal and they said my total again was $38 so I was like did you guys change prices or something? Then he said no you have to ask to apply the coupon now it’s $24. So I’m like the last time I ordered even before then I never had to ask? If it was like $2-5 difference I wouldn’t mind but that’s $14 right there, that’s a half the price of my initial order. So yeah make sure you ask for the coupon, I thought he would maybe take a little off or do something more like hey sorry about last time let me take care of this or give you a dessert on us. I been a customer for many years, there is always something wrong with my order, is the closes to my house, thats the only reason that I keep coming back, last time I showed up late to pick up my pizza and the person told me that, they dont want to give me a cold pizza 🤔, and had me waiting 15 min extra, I guess they ate my pizza 🤣, my favorite are the habanero wings, wich I dont order anymore since they are way to small, and not sure If they dont use or dont have a chart anymore, pizzas dont have enough ingredients, and pastas not well served, unfortunately we like dominos and this is the closest store to me 😪😪.

12/14/23 Once again I order a Medium Pan pizza and the dough is very flat, it looks like a regular crust, not thick at all, and some slices are hard on the bottom 😪😪, Not sure why there is always Wrong...
