This location is an absolute joke. They made the wrong order and when I called the lady at the store she tried passing it off like I got it from a different location. I asked if you were the one located off 25 and 90 and the lady rudely responds no we are off of Dundee Rd. Nice try manager. How about training the non English speaking employees to question the person or grab someone else working if they cannot understand English that the customer is speaking. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with vegetable cream cheese. Somehow they threw their own twist on it using strawberry cream cheese. I would have gone back immediately but the way the lady talked to me on the phone I know something would have been done to my food if I returned and got my correct order. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts for allowing this type of service! I understand some areas are not as good as others but your locations should all be the same when it comes to quality control and service. I will never return other than getting my money back on the way back home from work. I will be calling corporate to have them hear the recorded call of how their employees talk...
Read moreLet me tell you. It all started at 5:12 am on Sunday, June 5th. The lights were on, giving the impression that they were open, not to mention it clearly says open 5am. Me and my bbg walked on in to cop some ice coffee and donuts before the color run. We were kind of in a rush, however, we spoke patiently. "Are you open?" My friend approached the counter as another worker walked in. "Yes" the other worker spat. "Okay, I'd like an iced coffee please" my bbg pleaded. "Ooooh. The machine isn't ready yet, so i don't know if you want to wait" she said "how long will it take" my friend asked. "Oh i dunno" the worker murmured. "Oh okay, but what is ready then?" My friend had asked. "Only hot coffee" the worker murmured again. Now HOW are they going to say they're open (passed the opening time) when the only thing on their menu available is a hot coffee. The donuts were not even out to purchase. This experience is uncanny and ruined my relationship with the franchise. The dreams i had as a child were crushed. HOW am I supposed to run on dunkin, when they can't provide me dunkin to run on. Step up to the slogan or there will be consequences....

Started going back to Dunkin recently as I work from home and live close by. The employees now are generally a lot better than they've ever been in the past.
They now have employees outside to expedite the line experience during busy hours which is great! Employees in drive thru are now pleasant and quick to fulfill order correctly.
Today I went and the people working drive thru were so sweet and offered tons of free samples for the new seasonal items. Was a Greta experience and I will def be back.
Place is SUPER busy in the mornings/weekends and the parking lot is too small to meet the demand, which causes issues since it's off a busy road. Even when using mobile app to order, I'm constantly having issues where I discover items are missing from order, long wait times, or situations where I'm actually getting a HOT coffee that is luke warm or even sometimes completely cold. Cold food or food that doesn't taste fresh, burnt Bagels... I could go on and on. Honestly the only reason I go here at all is because it's 4 mins from my house and it's on the way to...
