If I could recreate the Boston tea party with coffee I would: INJUSTICE!! treatment here is very weird- like when yall sold ur cookie butter drinks I would specifically ask for no whipped cream and cookie butter cold foam and every time I pulled up no one would listen. The conversation at the window was the equivalent to the saying “ATTITUDE-WALK OFF” (iykwim) Then, it got so bad that I would have to tell them at the drive thru to not put whipped cream because they keep doing that and to put cookie butter cold foam instead. Lowkey felt like I was on my hands and knees for that kind of request even though I was buckled in safely in my Toyota rav 4. Two months later I am back, parched and hungry. I walk up to the register to speak to one of the employees to order, and she directs me to the kiosk. Tell me why I order my food, I look at the drive thru cam, and I don’t see a single order other than mine, this includes rapid pick ups and deliveries which there were none. The best part is: My drink took 11 minutes to reach me. (It was a raspberry lava cake latte, cold which I’ve ordered at other busier locations in less time.) So the big question: how will you give me attitude (and I mean each and every one of you) and then mess up my drink REGULARLY (forgot to mention giving wrong sizes) AND work at the pace of a garden vegetable?? Maybe like an eggplant or something idk whichever vegetable is the slowest. Please fix this. Like all of it. I just want cookie butter cold foam in a size medium during the holiday seasons. The list goes on but let’s start from here, Thanks. Oh not to mention I was definitely being judged for ordering so much which was not just for me but also for my family. Not very cool and I’m not fat I promise. I hope this gives me enough credibility because as someone who works in the food industry and deals with biggies they sometimes get hangry. Swear to god I’m not one of them. Often mistaken for Bella hadid tbh. Anyways...
Read moreIf you want terrible customer service this is the place for you! As with all the other reviews the staff here are rude and clearly do not enjoy their job. I went at 9am on a Wednesday morning. Ordered 2 jelly donuts and frosted sprinkle donut. The lady asked me how many, I clarified with her 3 total, she told me to pull up to the window. I thought she couldn’t hear me or understand English. When I got to the window she again asked me what I wanted, I repeated my donut order then continued with a hash brown, wake up wrap and iced coffee, to that she threw her hands down in the table, yelled at me that it was too much of an order and that I needed to place this order at the speaker. I reminded her that she told me to pull up to the window, she proceeded to toss her hands in the air and say no no no…at that I just drove away.
A time prior to this visit I entered the store to order a cake…stood at the counter for over 10min without any acknowledgement from any of the 4 employees behind the counter. I finally had to ask for help, when I asked about the cake they continued to ignore me. I left again without a purchase.
Do not recommend this place to anyone. I would give zero...
Read moreWe just went to the store, the drinks were good. But the manager didn’t really want to take our order and when she really had looked around and saw all of her other workers were busy, she finally reluctantly did. She then told somebody else to make our drinks and screamed at him from across the store that he was doing it wrong. Then she went over there and berated him because he didn’t know how to do it the right way as he tried to make it a second time. She didn’t tell him how to do it the right way she just kept yelling at him that he was doing it wrong. It was awful. It was super awkward. I felt so bad for the kid. And then when he tried to hand us our drink where we were, by the ice cream, and she scolded him again and told him to put it on over the counter. I wanted to tell the kid that literally every other place is hiring right now. It was unacceptable behavior by a superior. Additionally, not a single worker even looked up to see what was going on when she was behaving this way. This tells me that it is common place and nobody was surprised and or they were afraid some of The abuse would fall on them if they...
