One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
Had issues with an order from minute one, delivery person who arrived was extremely rude, and couldn't get the help I needed with my order.
I've had great times with this establishment in the past, I don't know what happened, unfortunately this has completely changed in recent times.
I'm really shocked, and I feel betrayed. I ordered from them almost every single weekend. I loved this store and felt I could rely on it, and that they were absolutely worth the extra tip.
But this really shows that customer loyalty means nothing anymore these days.
Just a number it seems, and if you complain you're a liability.
I didn't want a free meal, I just wanted my lunch!
They could've at least said they will make sure my next order would be right, they didn't, they made excuses and shifted the blame on me.

Drive through order today and the employee taking my order immediately talked over me and couldn't understand what he was saying, so someone else ended up taking my order. Received my order and drove 20 minutes home to find out that 2 of the 3 sandwiches had completely no meat on them. Contacted the store via phone and simply asked for a refund, the employee on the phone said she can not do that unless i drive back to the store and "prove it". Asked for a manager and she stated that she was. I then went on to describe both employees who had taken and delivered my order through the drive through and asked her to just confirm with them that 2 sandwiches were made without meat, she again refused and said "i won't help you unless your drive back here and prove it". The manager stated her name was "Maddison" and had a horrible unprofessional attitude over two 8$ sandwiches which didn't even end up having meat on them....
