This McDonald’s and the other McDonald’s (on Redington Dr) continuously say they’re out of guava and crème pies, yet when I order it through door dash my order is completed and delivered. I know the pies take 5 minutes to make, but every single time we go, the drive through person tells us they are out, until I place my door dash order and still receive it. The manager was rude and apathetic, charging us a 0.50 difference for an order they messed up on. 50 cents when the employee couldn’t verify and pull up my order? When we explained the order three times, a frozen coke and she still somehow managed to write down an unsweetened ice tea. How can a manager charge us for an employee mistake? And why do your employees continue to say they’re out of guava and crème pies when I order them through DoorDash at the window (since she refused to make them for me then) and received them. Out of order? Seems like bad management that’s uncaring of issues caused by their own staff. The manager argued that there was a price (which I would have been more than happy to pay if we had actually been able to see our order)- but we didn’t and explained that to Sidel (who was laughing and goofing off) before telling us to pull forward before asking us if we ordered an ice tea. We explained it was the wrong drink and the manager came up to us and made me pull out my card to charge it over the difference. Why would I have to pay the .50 difference when it was your employee that made a mistake? No empathy, super unwilling to help the situation and make us feel heard. Absolutely ridiculous. My aunt is in the hospital due to an emergency and we were looking for somewhere to eat, only to have the manager charge us over their mistake? The icing on the cake? He forgot the straw. I called back and explained the situation and his response, “what do you want me to do about it?” No apology, no sympathy (knowing my aunt was taken via ambulance to the hospital) I asked to speak to the GM (the uncaring manager that worked tonight couldn’t even offer us that. He said the GM would call tomorrow but I doubt that will happen, considering how he didn’t bother to take care of the issue...
Read moreIs someone gardening here? My review of this place changes frequently from a 5 star to a solid 2 star but for context I also have worked a drive thru in the food industry so hearing someone forget important details to an order is so frustrating and makes me wanna throw hands through the window, so I make sure not to forget the sizes and addons to my order. this may not be a fact, but as someone who is familiar with gardening, or has seen the forbidden green knows a fellow from the other. When I pulled up to get cashed out I was repeated my order in slow mo which was unusual but we try not to judge. So she says my order which she says it correct so then I pull up to the next window and am repeated my order once more. I slave my brother away in the passenger seat next to me to look at the prized goods in the bag to make sure everything is correct. A large fry is visible at the top so he gives me the affirmative to pull away, assuming that the medium fry is in the bag as well. NONSENSE: as we get home, his tiny fat greasy fingers muddle around the fries as he tells me there is not a medium but a small hidden underneath the large fries that we also got. SORRY? so summarizing once more, my order is repeated two times correctly, not including the order being repeated at the order screen, and I still get the wrong size fry? Which one of you is the culprit to blame? Is everyone’s head down on earth in this McDonald’s? Bold assumption, but that’s the only thing I could think of as an effect of this! Blasphemy! There are definitely some queens at the drive thru so I appreciate you, but if you are the biggy who took my medium fry away from my McDonald’s package then I would like a word. But mostly my medium fry. And yes I did pay for the medium fry because it was on my receipt but to be clear I will be returning back because yes this is a McDonald’s and not fine dining so I can only expect so much. And there’s some baddies running the place so I appreciate. But please I would really like my medium fry to be there i...
Read moreOh my god the disrespect I was given today by multiple members here was so unnecessary and disgusting. I made a mobile order that was $3, I pulled up to the drive through, gave my code, saw and verified my order on the screen, and was told to pull forward to the next window. After a few customers ahead of me, I finally get to the first window for my receipt and there was no employee there. I waited maybe 2 minutes until I pulled forward to the next window. The 2 ladies who were there said my order was not there and I needed to go back around to get my receipt. I went to the speaker, said I had to come back around and the girl said to pull up to the first window and she will get the manager. I waited for another few minutes til she said all the managers are at the next window and to pull up. At this point I’ve been here for over 15 minutes and now I’m back at the food window and they told me I do not have an order. A manager came up to me, asked questions and told me he will fix this and he would be back. Then one other employee said “lady you need to move”. So i pulled forward, waited over 5 minutes, parked came inside, the manager that was “fixing” this was taking orders and had forgotten about me already!? The one employee said “the lady is here”. She finally took my order again to have it ring up. The manager then came up to me again to tell me he’s working on it and then continued taking orders at the counter. Before I finally got my food, another employee came up to me to ask if I was helped and I said “honestly, I don’t know, they keep talking to me but I don’t have my food” and the employee’s response was “Jesus Christ” and continued what she was doing. It took 30 minutes for 2...
