Atmosphere and service wise they were kind, but I was disappointed with the food. I got a grilled chicken panini and at first glance I was kind of concerned at how shiny the fries were looking because that meant that they’d be greasy, but I still gave it a chance. When I took a bite of the fries it was like I drank a cup of oil, as if it sat soaked in oil like a sponge. When I tried to pick the panini up I couldn’t because the bottom half bread was soaked in oil to the point it fell apart. I attempted to just eat the chicken just by itself and was disappointed by how salty it was, it was overly salted and did not require for all of that. Unfortunately I could not bring myself to eat anymore of what I ordered. I was skeptical about trying this place because I was hungry and didn’t want to be let down, but I wanted to support the business because it looked new. My wife brought me take out from here before and told me I HAD to go and meet the owner, and leave them a review. Here I am fulfilling both! Had the pleasure of stopping in and meeting Cesar, who was a phenomenal greeter and conversationalist.

One man kitchen show, producing phenomenal food. So cut the man a break if it’s “taking too long” food cooked right produces better results than food cooked rushed.

This place sits in yhe middle of a large lot that offers parking, but for some reason I drove passed it for months. The establishment looks like an island in the middle of the sea. The other day I finally ventured inside, and it was so worth it.

The service is definitely top class, the food is great but I have tried only a few things.

So far the classic burger is great, the lentil and cream of broccoli were fantastic. My wife had the passion fruit cheesecake and she loved it.
