The place itself is beautiful. Atmosphere is 10/10. Beautiful for pictures. HOWEVERRRRRRR!! The food was not good at all. I ordered the clams with plantains last night and the plantains was very dry, small amount of clams hardly any flavor. The drinks tasted like juice with hardly any liquor. We had a big crowd and ppl Complained so much that they ended up changing the bartender. The entree’s came out COLDDD. Rice was cold and dry, steak cold and lobster was cold. I couldn’t believe it! The waitress was sweet and complained to the manager numerous times because she saw what was going on. They took our plates back to warm it up but the food and drinks was not it, I was very disappointed. Manager came to the table to ask us what was wrong with the service so I did like that he followed up. Downstairs is a club vibe but you have to pay a fee to go downstairs for like reggaeton and up to date music even if you eat at the restaurant which is wild. Upstairs had a DJ but he only played typical and old classic Spanish music. Overall will not recommend and will not go back there. I went here with my wife last week. That said, I went to pay off my credit card today and noticed I was charged more than expected. My final bill, which already included gratuity, came to about $154. However, my credit card was charged $188. While I can afford the difference, it’s about the principle—not the amount. I had plans to return this weekend with a group of about 12 people, but we’ve decided to go elsewhere due to this issue. Again, the place itself is amazing.
