this might have been the best tacos i’ve ever had in my life. i’ve tried other taquerias in elizabeth and other cities in jersey, new york city, florida, AND dallas texas, and never have i been moved by a set of tacos before. i never liked carnitas tacos, but i wanted to try to tacos de buche but they only had mixto. i was hoping for the worst honestly, because i hate carnitas in general because a lot of restaurants prepare it either really dry or really salty. when i took the first bite, i felt like my entire world changed. the pork was so tender and flavorful, paired with the salsa verde and salsa picante, i felt like i was eating in heaven. some taquerias have switched to having only 3 sets of tacos for like $12. this was only $14 for 4 tacos. you know how much of steal this is? this will be my go to spot for tacos now.
