McDonald's — Restaurant in Elizabeth

This is such a terrible Mcdonalds. I have another problem prior but this one is that I ordered a triple cheesberger around 9:00PM, the cashier had trouble but finally found it on the menu, I purchased 2 paid and was happy, about 2 days later I returned during the day and ordered 2 more triple cheesbergers, the attendant said she didn't have any, I asked her to look at the menu and she said it wasn't there and trying to push my order to order something different or leave, I told her that I ordered the triple cheesebergers about 2 days earlier , she insisted that the attendant who originally sold it to me should not have and I was not able to order a triple cheeseberger. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the same thing, I asked him if I could but double cheesbergers and add one more patty and cheese, I would pay for it, no problem....its not like I wanted it for free. They can't do that, that is not available, it is unheard of. Too much to handle to do that. At the end I didn't get my triple cheesebergers. They would rather me make a big stink and piss me off and call corporate than to just sell me a couple of triple cheesbergers, charge me and all is well, McDonald makes money and I am happy, no this McDonalds does it the hard way, they cant take a freakin request... how stupid and unethical is that. Its a freakin restaurant, yes fast food but nevertheless I didn't ask for anything that darn strange did I.......? Never will go there again. McDonalds on North Ave. in Elizabeth, N.J....

I went through the drive through paid at at the first window and when I went to the second window the worker we just having a conversation with his friend that was in the car at the drive through and I was waiting 10 to 15 mins for them to finish their conversation and if I did not blow my horn they would have never finished and once I get to the window the worker grabs my food and as I reached for it he just dropped it so I had to catch the bag before it fell to the ground and when I went to grab my drink he just throws it over to me and it fell all of my arm and inside of my car as well and he just closes the drive through window and walks away, so I had to blow my horn again to get his attention and then he grabs the napkin and just throws it in my car. The customer service in that facility was absolutely atrocious I will never go to that establishment again and I will be telling...
