I REALLY Wouldn't of given em a half star only the cashier was polite BUT CANT SAY THAT FOR THE GIRL WORKING MAKING THE PIZZAS MY BOYFRIEND TOOK ME TO EAT PIZZA AT GATTIS BUT THERE WASNT ANY OUT TO B EATEN N WHEN I ASK IF THEY WAS GONNA HAVE ANY DONE ANYTIME SOON THEY REPLIED IT N A FEW MORE MINUTES I RETURNED TO MY TABLE N WAITED A WHILE LONGER N RETURNED TO C IF ANY WAS DONE YET I ATE A SALAD N HAD A DR PEPPER N RETURNED AGAIN TO HAVE SOME PIZZA N STILL NONE I FINALLY ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK N THE GIRL GOT SNAPPY AT ME N SAID WELL IM THE ONLY ONE WORKING MAKING PIZZAS N I EXPLAINED I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR A WHILE FOR PIZZA N WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES IT B A WHILE LONGER CAUSE SHE HADNT EVEN STARTED MAKING ANY BUT THE TAKE OUT N WHEN I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK CAUSE I DIDNT GO THERE FOR A SALAD N SODA I WANTED PIZZA I PAYED FOR PIZZA N SHE TOLD ME I COULDNT HAVE NO REFUND CAUSE I HAD A SALAD N I TOLD HER I DIDNT COME FOR A SALAD THE WHOLE REASON WE EVEN TRYED TO EAT THERE WAS FOR PIZZA NOT NO SALAD NI TOLD HER I WOULD CALL TOMORROW N TALK TO THE MANAGER N SHE GOT MAD N SAID WELL I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL HER SHE IS MY MOM N THAT I WASN'T GETTING NO REFUND N I EXPLAINED AGAIN TO HER THERE WAS NO PIZZA READY FOR ANYONE NOT JUST ME N SHE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE I WENT BACK TO MY TABLE N WE WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE N SHE CAME TO OUR TABLE N TOLD US SHE WAS GONNA GIVE US 4 DOLLARS BACK 4 DOLLARS BUT DIDN'T COVER MY REFUND THE BUFFET IS 10.99 THE PRICE OF IT WASNT BAD N I WOULDNT OF MINDED PAYING IT AT ALL BUT ID LIKE TO OF HAD WHAT I CAME FOR N PAID FOR BUT WE COULDNT HAVE ALL OUR MONEY BACK N TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS GONNA B PIZZA OUT SHORTLY BY THIS TIME MY DINNER WAS RUINED N I COULDNT EAT ANYTHING FOR MY STOMACH BEING UPSET FROM THE SITUATION N SO WE LEFT I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT FAULTHY PLACE TO B TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AGAIN A PIZZA RESTAURANT U SHOULD EXPECT TO B ABLE TO EAT PIZZA NOT JUST SALAD N NOTHING ELSE ID RATHER DRIVE 20 MILES OR MORE BACK TO CAMPBELLSVILLE WERE THE PIZZA IS READY N THE PLACE IS CLEAN N B ABLE TO EAT WHAT I PAYED FOR THAN EVER TRY EATING THERE AGAIN N B TREATED LIKE WE WAS BY THE SO CALLED MANAGERS DAUGHTER THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HER TO TREAT ME RUDE OR B SNAPPY WITH ME I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER BUT...

I used to like this place. But it seems like the staff has gotten worse. I had a call out order and they had obviously given me pizza from off the bar instead of making me my own pizza which I thought they were supposed to do for call ins. Even if they gave me the food off the bar that wouldn't have made me so mad except for the fact that most of the pieces they gave me were so tiny the equal to be a little less than 3/4 of a pizza. They put the pieces in a circle but when you put them all together a huge chunk of the pizza wasn't missing. I called and the manager seemed really mad that she had to deal with my situation. The guy that answered the phone knew the pizza was bad he's like I kind of thought we were going to get a phone call for this one. And the manager was just unpleasant an exasperated that she even had to talk to a customer. I also seen some of the staff yell at some elderly people for sitting down at a table they had cleaned for another family. Turns out these elderly people were part of the family and didn't deserve to be treated that way no matter what anyways. And the whole dining room was dirty and they were not busy. The family had hunted down this person who was chatting away with other employees to get something to wipe the table . Same thing we did when we got in there This was before covid I have not gone in to eat since covid-19.( when I said not busy up there I meant like there was us elderly couple in their family and two other tables. Nobody else was in there unless they were in the game room and no birthday parties. It was in the middle...

food was standard for Mr gatti's, the floor was sticky as can be, you can hear every single step made by everyone because their shoes were sticking to the floor. The drink machine... needs to be cleaned... hi-c shot out some nasty stuff into my cup which one would assume is mold from the lines not being cleaned. I emptied my cup when i noticed the floating debree and used the other drink fountain. the arcade has drastically gone down hill over the years, the price of the games wasn't too bad BUT you can tell the games have been altered to not pay out, the baloon pop game had several pizes with popped balloons that obviously did not pay out because they were still hanging, all of the claw machines have had their rubber bands removed or their settings turned down, leaving the pressure of the claw non existent, doesent matter if you hook the prize, the claw will not grab it. Typical arcade hustle when dealing with games like this. Over all I was not impressed, after spending 50 dollars for 2 people to eat with a 25 dollar arcade card to play arcade games that don't pay out, we left before we even got half way through our card because I noticed the games are rigged as per usual when it comes to arcade games. Staffed seemed great, they were doing their best to get pizzas out and plates, but now I'm sitting in the parking lot with my stomach curling because of what I would assume was from the dirty drink fountain.
