I'm not pleased. I guess the days of customer quality service are out the window. June 11th for a good 20 minutes I kept calling Walmart trying to get through to the bakery section Walmart informs me we no longer personalize birthday cakes. (Can't sponsor the spread of germs for birthday parties) You can get happy birthday but they can't put a name on it.
June 11 I contact Kroger And I place the order for the cake I'm told the total is $23 and some change. The next day I call back to verify if the price is correct because it seems a little low for what I was expecting. When I contact Kroger the employee in the bakery section tells me ma'am there is no ticket for the name that you provided me. So once again I inform the employee of what it is I'm requesting, and paying for! After we finish discussing the details of the cake the employee tells me your total is $29.99 not including tax. June 16th at 8:00am I contact Kroger Bakery. The employee that I speak with she informs me ma'am you have two cake orders do you need two cakes (If I had not reached out to Kroger June 16th would I have had to purchase two cakes ?? I mean Kroger did request my phone number upon the time of order) I said no I only need one. I inform her about everything I just typed up above. when I go up to Elizabethtown and I pick up the cake I asked the lady can you wrap the cake please because I have my daughter with me I don't want her to see it! "Now this is both of our faults but also COME-ON" She wraps the cake up I didn't get to see the cake to verify the spelling was correct or it is what I am requesting. So she takes off the wrapping and gets huffy with me. When I look at the cake I realize the image is incorrect it's not what I wanted. The ribbons on the top and the bottom are incorrect however the only thing that is correct...

My call was answered however I was left on the phone for over 30 minutes with at least 5 different people picking up and putting me back on hold. Then he didn't want to give me my card back after "helping" me get my card to work, while he berated me on how I should know how to use my card. When I was finally able to pry my card out of his hand and put it back in my purse he then hooked his finger into my purse so I couldn't close it, I had to tell him to get his hand off my purse.
