Usually this place is awesome, the food is really good and the employees are friendly. Today was a different story. The food was good but I don't think I have ever had worst customer service. I think the lady was new, but it started when we entered and she was on her phone. We told her it was to go, so she told us to come to the check out when our boxes are ready. When it came time to pay she told us our total as she walked away, so I simply asked "I'm sorry, how much was that" and she responded to me like I was hard at hearing, it was kind of rude. Then when she was trying to put thw boxes in the bag she looked like she was kind of struggling so I tried to help her by grabbing the box on top. When I did that she began to roll her eyes in the back of her head. I apologized and told her I was just trying to help and she said "DON'T". My mother and I looked at each other for a minute then mom said she would appreciate it if she didn't talk to me that was and she just looked down the rest...

So We're from out of state and stopped here because of the higher star reviews. My husband really wanted Chinese food. I'm not really a fan. However, I will say everything we both tried was surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the ribs, lovers chicken and the egg drop soup. It's not a crazy huge variety but it's enough that my picky child ate a full meal. The ice cream was awesome too. I wish I took pictures. The bathroom was disgusting. Several employees went in and seen the vomit on the floor, did their business and walked back out. The wall was ripped open and taped back up. I poked it, it was squishy. The place desperately needs renovation. So if you're here for food and not the views you're at the right place. The service is great ,my drink never even got to half empty the lady kept running over and filling it up. If the bathroom was so gross I would rate higher. Lots of rude customers.
