Went to rally’s at 1:48 am on 4-13-19, placed my order for a number 8 and a medium fries and the two spice double chicken sandwich’s plan with only cheese and a medium mellow yellow no ice and a medium Mr pibb no ice after 10 min made it to the window and payed for my food. After a few minutes the lady whom I asoom was the manager quickly handed my food out to me and it was a small bag and I tryed to ask was that all of it and she slammed the window, so I sat there for a few more minutes and the other guy came back and asked did I need something else, I replied that I needed the rest of my food because I only got my number 8 and one of my sandwich’s so the guy took my bag back and gave it to the lady and she went threw the bag and then asked to see my receipt again then gave me the bag back and told me to pull around because she had other customers to help and she said she would get to mine as soon as she had time, so I replied well you already got my money for my order and I would rather just wait for my other sandwich and fries, so she picked up the phone and called the police on me, then I pulled up alittle bit so I could see her making my food because now she was mad and I wanted to see what she was doing to my food she put two pieces of chicken in the frier for about a min maybe a min and a half slapped the sandwich together and told the other guy something but I don’t no what, gave me a dirty look and walked away the other guy handed me my food and I left. After I get to the house to have my food and low and behold my chicken sandwich was half raw when I broke it in half, not to mintion after calling the police with the cordless phone the she used them she threw down the phone and made my sandwich without even wasting her hand so needless to say my visit was like a drive threw Disgusting trailer park visit the guy was really Nice and apologetic about the situation, But the manager just plain out rude and I will never go back and I will be calling corporate office and I will be asking for a refund.

Read moreI am posting this review to report a serious and documented food safety violation I personally witnessed — and recorded on video — inside this Rally’s location in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
During my visit, an employee was observed wearing only one glove on his left hand while using his bare, ungloved right hand to directly handle and wrap a customer’s sandwich. This is not an exaggeration — the violation is clearly and visibly captured on video.
This type of behavior violates multiple food safety regulations, including:
⚖️ Violated Health Codes & Laws FDA Food Code 3-301.11(B): “Food employees may not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands.”
Kentucky Food Establishment Act and State Regulation 902 KAR 45:005: Establishes strict hygiene standards for all food establishments and requires the prevention of bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods.
Public Health Sanitation Laws (KRS 211.180): Grant the state authority to investigate unsanitary conditions posing a threat to public health.
Out of concern for public health, I have taken the following steps:
Filed a formal complaint with the Lincoln Trail District Health Department
Submitted the video as evidence to local health authorities
Contacted multiple local news outlets regarding the incident
Preserved the video and screenshots in case of regulatory or legal proceedings
Let me be clear: this is not a disgruntled opinion — this is a firsthand, documented health code violation that the public deserves to be made aware of. If this is happening out in the open, one can only wonder what occurs behind the scenes.

Read moreThis place is absolutely ridiculous! I will never come back to this place no matter if I’m starving or not. I came to this rally’s twice in the last 24 hours and each visit was atrocious. On the first visit it was January 9, 2025 at around midnight and my boyfriend and I were hungry and decided that rally’s sounded good. We ordered our food and then went to the window to pay and the man working at the window was filthy from head to toe and had a cigarette tucked behind his ear. The dude looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks. His attitude wasn’t any better as he seemed very easily irritated only because he was aggressively moving around the kitchen. We get all the way home to find out our order was missing condiments requested and was super messy. I called the manager and he was very nice but I did not get his name. Fast forward to later on in the day. It is still January 9th around 4:45 pm and I decided to go back to rally’s and give them another chance and the service was awful! That man working the window was extremely rude and honestly coming off pretty hostile towards me. He slammed the drive thru window on me while I was asking a question and just stood there staring at me in an instigating way. I would love to have a follow up on this because i feel like this type of demeanor and attitude should not be had when working in customer service or even fast food. If you don’t want to do your job without being absolutely miserable then go find another job. I had been to a rally’s in Youngstown ,Ohio and their customer service was out of this world. The one in Elizabethtown is not a place I would recommend anyone to go to. The employees they have that I have encountered (besides the manager I spoke with) sort of come off as some not so good people. Almost all of them look very dirty and unhygienic. I hate to have to write this place off but I cannot consume any of their food knowing the type of people they have making and serving it. 0/10 DEFINITELY NOT...
