I wanted to be excited, but frankly I have been disappointed. Had a terrible experience recently. They have an app and you can order ahead, but there's no way to pickup your order without waiting in the drive through line. It took 15+ minutes to get through that line. We ordered iced coffees with cold foam. The drinks had been sitting so long the cold foam had 'melted' and one of the drinks wasn't even cold (no ice at all). Plus both were missing the requested sweetener. We didn't notice until pulling out and by that time the line was out of the parking lot and into the street. Providing feedback through the app gets no response. The employees stated they were 'understaffed' - which I realize isn't their problem (but a sign of poor management). Frustrating to say the least, especially after spending...

After a very long wait (starting in the street), when I did finally get to the window, there were at least 7 employees inside, but only one appeared to be doing anything. My bagel sandwich was supposed to have the sausage removed, but it wasn't and the cold brew was terrible. My child liked the mini donuts, but the other disliked the egg bites. Today was their opening day and I’ve already been back twice. I was honestly shocked they made my drinks correctly on the first try both times considering the staff is likely brand new. I also had the opportunity to meet one of the new owners greeting customers outside and she was so sweet! Her name was Jennifer I think. Definitely made the place have a small town feel despite it being a chain. I’ll...
