UPDATE: By the end of the day they had taken the money out of my bank account 4 times for 1 sandwich that I didn't even get.
DO NOT ORDER! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$ & NOT GIVE YOU FOOD. This is twice now. My stupidity for thinking the first time was a fluke. I ordered online without issue. The money was taken out of my bank. I get there and they don't have the order they say. I show them on the app where I placed the order and that it was pending. They didn't care. Actual words were 'NOT MY PROBLEM'. Went to my account to show them the store number listed with the transaction. Just to find that they had taken the $$$ out twice. Still, not there problem. They told me to cancel it on the app. There is no place to do so.
I ask for the phone number to corporate and the district manager, who was in store, told me they do not have one. I ask him who he called when he had to speak with someone in corporate. He doesn't ever call them he says. Refused to refund me or make my order.
I immediately found corporate customer care # online. I did get a msg that they are moving customer care to online but I hit zero to transfer to an operator. Not much help.
The Customer Care Associate said it is up to each store whether to make order or give me a refund. I explained how rude and that they would do neither. Her only solution was for me to go through my bank to dispute the transaction. In the last 30 years until Subway I have had to dispute one transaction. Now in just a couple of weeks I have had to dispute 4. I only ordered twice but was charged double both times.
I mean... The store doesn't have much going for it anyway. With the exception of being in front of Walmart. It's nasty half the time, the tables, the bathroom. That's why I don't eat in the store. The workers were childish and very unprofessional in the way they acted in front of customers the few times I have in there before. But I don't have to deal with that if I ordered online. But they are thieves and I am sick of this contacting the Better Business Bureau and I won't stop.

From the moment I walked into this building to be walking out took around 30 minutes and there was no one is line before me. The manager looked at me and said someone would be right with me and I waited for around 10 minutes. The guy who made my sub made it so incredibly slow I honestly thought he was just messing with me. I had to repeat what ingredients I wanted every time he took a painfully slow time placing the last veggie on my sandwich. As I mentioned I worked at a subway when I was 15 and I can remember what they asked for so again⦠maybe he was just trying to get a rise out of me but still; incredibly bad customer service. As I waited for my forever sandwich to be done the drive thru sandwich maker made around 6 subs I think.
Then there was the manager and another younger lady and their cigarette conversation. During the 20 minutes it took for slow guy to make my sandwich these two went on and on and on about going outside to enjoy a cigarette. At one point the young lady looked at me jokingly and said, āDo not judge me sir!ā Honestlyā¦. What is going on here?! Lol.
This is definitely a management problem and I suggest to the owners to seek an actual mature person to run this subway. Definitely will never step foot in this...

Some kind of sloppy concoction and she didnāt even ask me what egg I wanted. If you are going to make us wait forever at least make the food presentable. It isnāt that hard to make a sandwich well.
Update Apr 1 2023 - Attempted to give them another shot because my daughter really wanted Subway. There was no customer in the store and only 1 car in the drive thru and I still had to wait about 10 minutes to move to the speaker. The employee was talking to the customer like they were having Sunday tea and constantly asking the same question over and over so obviously wasnāt even paying attention to the customers order.
Update June 28 2023 - I wish I could ever post a good update but today I even ordered my order on the mobile app and got to the store over 20 minutes later than my order was supposed to be ready as I was already pretty sure it wouldnāt be done at the promised time and the crew still didnāt have my order close to ready. Iām sure everyone that came in person and ordered after me sure got theirs as they arrived but what they should have done was made mine since my order was in before they even arrived and made them wait so mine could be done in time and not shift mobile orders to the left like they...
