Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Elk City

I arrived this morning at the Braums in Elk City, OK at 5:45 AM. I know the store doesnt open until 6:00 AM. I have to be at work at 7:00 AM and I like to sit down and eat a hot breakfast and get my thoughts together before I go to my job. At 6:00 AM i walked up to the door and it wasnt opened yet. I walked over to the window and looked inside where one of the employees saw me and motioned it would be just a minute. I am reasonable if she needed a minute to stop what she was doing and come unlock the door I can wait a minute. I drove away from there at 6:10 and still the doors werent open. During my wait between 6:00 and 6:10 AM 3 other men who were heading to work drove up to get breakfast and saw me waiting and turned around and drove off. Braums lost 4 customers this morning due to their employees inability to get there stuff together and keep a schedule. I think I would rather have had the door open on time and have to wait for the grill to warm a few minutes than to have stood outside in the cold wind and waited. This is very poor customer service and believe me, I am not the only person who uses the internet to complain or write praises about service. Well every time I go they mess up my order, every time I order ice cream they put almonds on it ( I'm deathly allergic to them), a few times they told me I can pick them off if I didn't want them. Today 05/03/2018 is my last time I'm going to that God awful place that is never clean. I got a # 5 bacon Burger and asked for no mayo and mustard ( I asked the lady if she had put that on there twice) I got my food it was drenched in mayo no mustard, I took my food back up there the first time (besides the poisonous almond ice cream) up there to get remade, I got the same sandwich back just with mustard and more mayo, so I got my money back and will not return, I gave them too many chances, but today was...

We are 2 women from England and Israel, living in Germany, on a 3 months roadtrip through the southern states. We stayed in Elk City only one night, went for dinner and morning coffee to Braum's, had a 4 cheese burger, fries and a strawberry chicken salad. It was sooo good, superfresh, the best food we had in fast food places ever and much cheaper than everywhere else. The food and the prices made us really happy, the staff was awesome and we re just a bit sad, that on our way to the west coast we had to leave Braum's behind, before we had even a chance to try there ice creams and shakes :( but we bought a cake which was very nice too.
