I always seem to have issues with this location, mainly with the inconsistent fees. I understand the dollar takeout fee, but always get overcharged with extras. I ordered takeout at the counter and noticed that the price was higher than expected. When I asked the worker, she told me that they changed their pricing recently. I was there not too long ago, and when I asked when this change happened, she simply replied, āI donāt know. I just started working here.ā Trusting that she knew their policy, I paid the total. But after thinking about it, some of the numbers and charges just didnāt make sense. Long story short, she incorrectly informed me. I wanted to ask the manager for clarification on the fees/charges for future reference, but the manager wasnāt having it. It was a bunch of heavy sighing, mumbling, and pounding on the screen. It made me feel cheap and embarrassed for getting a small refund. When trying to understand the final total, the manager seemed annoyed and bothered having to explain. Best part? When looking at the new receipt, I was still overcharged. The manager said I would be charged $x, but actually got charged $y. I didnāt bother bringing this up because of earlier. While waiting for my food, I overheard another woman asking about why she was overcharged for something, and a different manager acknowledged the mistake and gave her a partial refund. Also, make sure you double check your food before leaving because they messed up my sauces. I got Asian zing (didnāt order this flavor) in a spicy garlic box and spicy garlic in a hot-flavor box (ordered hot but didnāt get). They all tasted fine, but wasnāt exactly what I ordered. We were the last people there at 11pm they turned the music off at 11:30pm which made the experience not pleasant at all almost like weāre being rushed out. My server Alicia, was about to take the garbage out when I asked can we get refills when sheās free, she then stopped touching the garbage and went to get us drinks without washing her hands. As we rushed out because the experience was literally horrible I forget my phone on the table. I called to let them know the manager is in the back of the call telling them to say they are closed and I cannot get my phone until the morning. I went back still and explained im a truck driver and needed my phone for work the night shift manager was so rude and told me he doesnāt know what he can do they are closed and he will not open the door for me. DUE TO THIS I HAD TO CALL OFF WORK! Monday Morning 11am I go back and speak with the General manager and explained what happened and show him my phone has been there all night and I believe they threw it away, he was in disbelief! He helped and came around back to the dumpster where he himself had to dig through and I called my phone one of the bags started to vibrate and in the bag full of garbage and chicken bones and other disgusting things my phone was right in there. First time I waited over an Hour for the order to be ready (Mind you the restaurant was slow, not many guests at all). Then the Next time I went to pick up a delivery (TODAY) I spoke to the person at the FOH who happened to be the GM. Told him the name on the order and was told he didnt recieve the order. He proceeded to look for the order searching in the kitchen. When he returned he stated "they put the order in for 3:15pm" Not referring to who THEY is! I politely stated that my Driver App says Pick up by 2:43pm and it's now 2:45pm at this point. He then says, in a rude manner, well I dont know what to tell you unless you want to wait a half hour for the order! I told him I would reach out to Driver Support to resolve the issue and he again rudely was like YUP YUP YUP and helped the next customer. I am not a customer complaining about my order not being ready but rather a Delivery Driver who is just retrieving and order to deliver to the customer. I feel as though the employees there are extremely unprofessional! I am Helping their restaurant delivering Their food!
