Dunkin' — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

I wrote this review on Yelp in January and sad to say. Still the same: Hit or miss with the food. Sometimes my breakfast sandwich is over cooked and burnt, other times it is ok. The hashbrowns are always hard and stale and burnt though. LOL they are consistent there.

BUT I tell ya the other consistent thing about this place, is the one girls attitude sure stays consistently nasty. I mean pure toxic is spewing outta this girl. Seriously get a different job. You honestly make people depressed girl. She is so impatient too when you order too.

BUT today they forgot my bacon and hey the hashbrowns were NOT burnt. BUT the nasty girl is still there....

Every three or four months or so, I come here again, having somehow forgotten that they always get my order wrong, the bagels are always stale and hard, and my drink is always half full and barely warm. I could forgive if it was just a couple times, but it's pretty consistently the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, and I wish I had a better memory, cuz it's basically my own fault at this point that I keep going back. Me and my fiancé went yesterday and there was a young white guy working alone behind the counter. We were in the only ones in the dive through and nobody was in the store yet he messed up both of our drinks and burnt our bacon till it was black. I ordered a flavored coffee and got a plain coffee and she ordered a hot latte and got a room temperature latte (idk how that even happens). Only reason I still have the review 3 stars is because sometimes they get it right but lately it’s been rough. I’m going to start going to the other locations that aren’t that much...
