If i could i would give this place 0 stars for lack of customer service and appreciation. I ordered 5 protein bowl (15.50) and add a protein for $2 extra. I had a total of 6 proteins. I also add macaroni salad for $1.50 I asked for one extra pump of spicy mayo and they told me it would cost extra. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said each order only comes with two pumps. Which didn't make any sense because if I ordered only 3 proteins I would get two pumps of sause but after ordering six proteins i still only get two pumps of sauce. I have literally paid for extra protein which should include more sauce. The manager said all he could do was remake my food with only three proteins and give me two pumps so it would be far. Or i can the .50 cents for a pump In sauce that should come with my order in the first place. I respectfully let them know i will just take my money to fish and things poke where they appreciate their customers. Update the gm contacted me and corrected the the situation.

Read moreOkay, first the pros. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made recommendations for me. The fish was very fresh, I had the salmon, the girlfriend had salmon/shrimp. We also tried their Lobster roll and clam chowder.
My biggest complaint is the food was rather bland, the poke with the sauce and toppings and seasoning was still rather bland, it needed a lot of soy sauce to give it much flavor. The clam chowder was very bland too, it had great potential, lots of clams not to many potatoes just under seasoned. Unfortunately the lobster roll was also bland. The Lobster was cooked well but the roll itself had almost no flavor. That could partly be on us though because we went for the Connecticut lobster roll and the regular lobster roll has mayo, which would have added significantly to the flavor.
All in all, I want to give this place another shot to make a sure fire decision, but now i know I need to add a lot of soy sauce to the poke to really...
Read moreThe food has always been good here. Fish is usually well prepared and stored correctly. Variety is limited but I’m happy with what they usually offer. The price is about right for the portion and type of food. For that I will give it 5 stars.
Service is lacking however. The staff isn’t always very helpful, but they’re usually nice though! Asked about the difference between a pokee box vs naked box, and the gal had to think — maybe she’s new. Asked the best combo for sauce and they basically responded with no answer. They charge a 4% service fee. I asked what the fee was for. They just said administrative fees lol—not sure when I had to pay their admins a percentage of my meal. Gratuity is separate.
It’s a small place on the corner lot but it’s cute inside.
Would I come back again? Most definitely because I still think this place has better pokee than...
