I did a mobile order for Alayna on Saturday 08/31 around 2:20. My order was supposed to be ready by 2:29 and wasn’t ready until 2:50. I watched everybody go up and order and get their orders in literally one minute. I work in customer service so I know what it’s like to deal with rude customers. I walked up there and asked for my order nicely. The boy who was working literally was just wiping down his station as my drink was right in front of him with no lid. The other girl had french braids with brown medium length hair and told me that pick-ups are on the other side? I saw everybody coming in grabbing their mobile orders from the same spot so that was just a lie 😂 The boy was taller with black hair, he gave me my drinks and when I asked for another straw and said thank you he didn’t even say anything. As I was walking out they muttered something and started laughing. Like I said, I work in customer service and know what it’s like. These were just bad employees, will not be coming back and will be telling everyone I know not to go here. Read moreMy husband’s mobile order was taken 10 minutes prior to him arriving with more than enough time than the estimated wait time it gave on the app. He arrives & people who ordered at the counter after he came in got their drinks before he did. After waiting 10 minutes for a drink that should’ve been ready by the time he arrived a girl told him “we’re working on it right now” & he continued to wait another 5 minutes. He doesn’t drink anything fancy to have to wait all that time. He said this was a 2nd time he’s waited a long time for his order & has seen busier stores more organized. Read moreAs a regular Starbucks customer, my experience over here has been great. I never had any issues with them except for one. The cashier girl told me that the money on my gift card was all used up when i had ordered a cup of coffee. So after letting my friend know that there was no more money left on the gift card she had bought for me, she quickly told me that there still should be some more money left on it. So I went back to Starbucks and as soon as the cashier girl saw me, she quickly gave me back my gift card. She didn't even apologize for lying to me by stating that the gift was "all used up". Instead, she just went about her business and acted like she didn't do anything bad. Moral to be learned: If there is no amount of money written on your gift card, then call the number on the back of it in order to see how much...
