I personally liked the foods and drinks. BUT for the bad reviews, you have never clearly worked in food service before. Because it’s the grand opening and it’s buy one get one, obviously they may run out of supplies and it’s not their fault! And that’s okay! It’s extremely busy and the line literally wraps around the corner, so running out of ice or boba is not that shocking. No need to give a bad review if they turned you away, there’s nothing they can do. The workers are very young people and the orders are piling up, so the wait time may be longer than intended. They are trying their hardest and it’s very challenging with that many orders, so give them time. Drove half an hour to go support the other grand opening. Arrived at 7 PM, they don’t close until 10. But when we got there, they turned us away, saying they ran out. You’ve been doing a soft opening for a few days now. And you have another day of buy one get one promotions. How can you run out of food and drinks?? They didn’t even offer a buy one get one coupon or something like that for future use. We wasted an hour of our lives, driving there and back only to leave with nothing. I love the osmanthus milk tea!!! I'm sensitive to caffeine and always get headache or nausea from milk tea. But not with osmanthus :) It's my new favorite!! Most milk tea shops in EG don't have caffeine or low caffeine teas, only fruit drinks or smoothie, so I'll keep coming back to T%. Also, T% opens 10AM which is 1 hour earlier than other tea shops in the area. And the staff are so nice! Not sure if this is an "always" things, but they also had free samples of the Da Hong Pao tea...
