Furniture and Things Community Event Center — Restaurant in Elk River

I've lived in my apartment for 6 years. It use to be a nice quiet area. Now they put in 2 softball fields and built Furniture n Things building and its NOT a relaxing place to live anymore. Cars park on both sides of Lions Park Drive, so emergency vehicles can’t get thru, hear everyone screaming and yelling at the ball parks , they drive thru and park in our parking lot, you hear them on the mega phone and the music loud as well. Nice facility with mediocre overpriced concessions but they are almost always open now. They are adding a bar too. Squatch games are really fun.

They never have open stick and puck for the kids to practicd. ... and no, 11am on a school/work day...

Asked politely to have the music that was blaring in the ice arena(which is the only place for senior walking in the community center) to be turned down or off. NO ONE was in the arena. No event was being held. After waiting 15 minutes; finally left....
