First time I've ever bothered to author a review on a fast food restaurant. This location doesn't even deserve one star, but this system forces me to select at least one star. You deserve NO STARS.
I waited 14 minutes to put in an order for 2 breakfast sandwiches. My receipt was time stamped 10:15 am. At 10:29 am, my number "257" was called after "258" the people with 258 ordered enough food to feed an entire family, with several orders of pancakes and whatnot. I only had 2 sandwiched and it took me 30 minutes to get them.
When I finally got back out to the car, my fiancee was so worried that he almost came in because he thought something had happened to me. We had the dog in the car, and he didn't want to leave the dog unattended in a hot car. I left my phone in the car on the charger, so we couldn't text.
I phoned and complained and asked Lisa what her definition of "FAST" food was. She said: "I'm sorry ... (and a bunch more drivel)". I then said: "For future reference ... I want to know what YOUR definition of fast food is ..." I had to ask her at least 4 times before she would define for me exactly what fast food is... she said "THREE MINUTES". I then asked her why it took them 10 times as long to get me two crummy sandwiches ... she couldn't answer. She offered me some free value meal coupons. Sorry, I only eat a few breakfast items from MdDonalds and that is when I am desperate and in a huge hurry. I could care less about your free food. You couldn't pay me to eat most of what you offer, so offering me free food is not appeasing me.
The kids running the place were goofing off in the back - using a device to pick up items off the floor to pass notes from the front to the back and tease one another with the jaw like action when you squeeze the handle. There were dirty cups being tripped over by staff and debris all over the floor behind the counters. The help wandered about as if they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing or how to do it .
What a ZOO. Totally mismanaged and incompetently run. For 15 bucks an hour ... accept that you will need to break a sweat from time to time and learn how to move your feet and hands to actually get something accomplished. Useless kids working in this McDonalds ...
All staff were highly rude and acted imposed upon to actually do anything. They were more concerned about flirting with each other, making doe eyes, checking their phones, and most looked ... hung...

Over 2 years ago we came here in the summer, and one of the employees said we couldnât play in the play place because one of my kids had forgotten socks. We left, and since then Iâve chosen to go to the Burger King play place across the street.
Recently it was my daughterâs birthday, and she begged to go here. (Yes. The play place is bigger.) I brought socks for all the kids, but I missed that one of the kids pulled them off with his shoes.
Within two minutes, an employee came to tell us we were violating a health code.
It appears they have an employee assigned to keep the play place clean, (and they do keep it pristine). They come in every 10 minutes to clean in the play area. However, I think the employees are also instructed to keep an eye on kidsâ feet because when they come in, they look over at the kids.
Iâm not happy with my kids being monitored.
I do recognize that they can make the rules in their own restaurant, and if they want to put that much energy into their customers' footwear instead of just focusing on the food, it's their choice. They can keep track of other people's children's feet. We will be at Burger King across the street â where I can relax and not worry about being reprimanded if one of my kids...
Read moreIf I could give this no stars I would. The whole experience was horrible. My family and I arrived around 845pm and even checked the door lobby hours and it stated open until 11pm. We went and ordered our food and sat down. The food was brought out all of the burgers were cold the cheese wasnât even melted. As we sat and ate the employees turned off the lights without any warning. A employee walked passed our table and my son asked why they turned the lights off she ignored him. We decided to just leave as we were leaving we seen who I assumed to either be a manager or supervisor as their shirt was a long sleeve button up. We asked him why they turned the lights off he said without even looking at us saying very rude the lobby is closed!!! My fiancĂŠ then asked why the door and web stated 11pm and he said he didnât know. This was an all over horrible experience and I am honestly embarrassed. I have never been treated like this unprovoked. I understand that sometimes buisness need to close early for various reasons but to turn the lights off on a family while eating and not communicating with your customers is absolutely uncalled for. For spending $80 for this I am so disappointed and plan on returning to get a refund and...
