Byrd's House Of Donuts — Restaurant in Elkins

I know it's supposed to be the town spot for getting doughnuts, but doughnuts really aren't my thing. HOWEVER, they are one of the earliest places opening in town daily (6 AM on weekdays), so I dropped in one time when I needed to get some work done and was looking for Wi-Fi and made the pleasant discovery that they serve a hot breakfast as well — simple fare mostly, like breakfast sandwiches — but the price was very good. While they had (I think) only drip coffee available, it's fresh, or at least has been the three times I've now been back to visit. Plus, like at a Denny's, the refills on the drip coffee are free. Absolutely love Byrd's 🍩🤏😃 such a cozy place, fantastic donuts, huge selection, always fresh and great breakfast sandwiches. Not only will they cook to order with a little notice, but they also offer custom artistic donuts and pastries for celebrations, something I'll definitely be taking advantage of in the future. I no longer have to go to Buckhannon for fresh, bakery doughnuts! Found this little gem right here, at home. Doughnuts were absolutely delicious!
