Me and a few roommates ordered 3 chicken chalupas, got 3 chalupas that were almost entirely sour cream and beef. In that order. Also various hard-shell tacos and a crunchwrap supreme, all of which were at least an hour old (including the chalupas; I'm assuming since they were pre-made they just weren't checked) . The only passable items were the burritos. Also overheard management very aggressively grilling staff over sauce packets while I was waiting for my food. Sauce packets. They cost pennies. You can just grab a handful right in front of the register whenever you feel like.
They're also one of the few places in town that allows you to use a self-serve kiosk, which is nice, and usually I'd give a second star just for that, but the food was both so old and different from what we ordered that I won't. I can't in good conscience continue supporting a business that clearly cares so little about both their customers and workers.
tl;dr: They got half of our order wrong to the point of being inedible, and even what they got right was cold and stale. The manager at the time also decided to be awful to his staff right before I got my non-food, so he made his way into the review too.
Definitely don't recommend going here.
Update the next day: Management was much nicer when we went to get our order remade. However, we were shorted a chalupa, on a remake order, somehow. The food was still warm this...
Read moreI love taco bell but this specific location needs some work. Our vb team stopped here to eat after our game. I was first to order at the register, I waited 15 minutes for a quesadilla. A few from a group ordered at the kiosk and that caused some issues. The employees said they didn't receive an order for the one in our group, this person needed a receipt because they get reimbursed for meals, they said they wouldn't be able to get him one after he had already paid. I know they have a drive through to worry about as well, but it was only 6 girls and a bus driver who ordered food, it shouldn't have taken so long. During our wait one of our young ladies went to use the restroom and two MALE employees followed her into the restroom. One employee came near our group and said she just wanted to look busy so she didn't have to deal with what was happening up at the register( they were trying to figure out the receipt situation). Our group was taking a photo(last game of the season) while we waited and they all just stared at us from behind the counter. We waited on 3 tacos and a box for around 30 minutes after they gave one of the young ladies a totally different order. The rest of the team had time to order and eat their whole meals from KFC while we waited for on order to be corrected. In total I think we waited at least...
Read moreSCARY DURING THE PANDEMIC Stopped by the drive thru this evening around 6pm. After a long wait in the drive thru line, the woman that took our order was cheerful and knowledgeable about the menu. Upon pulling up to the window we observed two of the three staff visible wearing their masks half way down their faces. As we waited for our order I mentioned in the kindest way possible to the man that the masks don't work if you're not covering your face. He said he has breathing problems with the masks (based on the paper medical mask he had on I totally concur). I suggested a fabric mask which could be way better in my experience and he said he was looking for one. He continued leaving his nose uncovered.
I didn't think the conversation was going sideways until a Caucasian woman with dark hair held a bag out the window and showed us her face clearly without her mask covering her nose. She gave me a dirty look and didn't say anything to us, but the bag was pretty full and I was ready to drive outta there.
We were missing our chalupa and the cinnamon twists my 9 yr old was hoping to have, but we did have some food and we didn't think it was spit in (fingers crossed).
I now have my usual heartburn from Taco Bell which I count on. Hoping I don't have COVID which I don't count on from my...
