KFC — Restaurant in Elko

We are a military family, that walked in dressed as patriots of USA, my son is a CAP member, and my other in the USAF just leaving the 4th of July parade... I've never ever been so offended by anyone. I have always enjoyed KFC as one of the rare fast food places I'll ever go to. Well, today was the LAST TIME I WILL EVER EVER GO HERE! I ordered for my children, and I. Made it an easy order, no biggie. Because they were busy and we were ready to go have some family fun. They messed up the order, no biggie, it's busy so we completely understand. The woman starts in on my son (15 years old) he lied about the order as I was walking in. Then, said my daughter must have eaten the missing food (12 year old little girls in their family must be HOGS, cause my little girl usually can't even finish half the meal between the drive through and around to the front in 1 minute). I know it's fast food, but have some manners! I made them give my money back and the owner was completely irritated---- AT ME FOR REFUSING TO EAT AFTER THEY WERE AO DAMN RUDE TO MY CHILDREN AND I---- We will NOT be treated like that ever and take it. I refuse to be treated like that--- MORE SO NOONE WILL EVER TREAT MY CHILDREN WHO ARE DANG GOOD KIDS THIS WAY. I will be leaving a poor review on each and every site that reviews Elko KFC. Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Manager here is the worst. Obnoxious in his upselling to the point of harassment. Multiple employees (at least 5 in the front area) standing around while he took all the orders and then yelled at them very rudely to fill the orders. Interrupted other employees trying to serve other customers by saying "CAN I HELP YOU?" and pushing the employee aside. No refill on drinks policy, yet it is not posted and is not a corporate policy either. AND...he will watch you to make sure you do not get a refill and accosts people that do, rudely and belligerently. Restaurant is dirty, booths have tape on the seats, blinds are bent and covered in grease and grime. Manager would do better to trust employees to do their jobs, clean the restaurant and be pleasant instead of spending his time harassing paying customers about refills and yelling at workers. And he should button up his uniform shirt higher and hide his gold chains...like I want to see that...

I was a former employee of KFC I know first hand the disrespect and the rudeness that goes on. Many employees quit because of the owner. He plays the "part" too much. In my opinion he doesn't treat people with respect he cares more about the food that sales then the well being of someone, most of all his employee's. When I that started working I had gotten diarea, I called in and told one manager In could not come in because I was sick. I explained to her everything what she told was bad she said " call back later and tell that to the owner ". Your a manger as well that is what you do, anyways the experience was awful.
