My friends and I walked into this Subway location intending to order sandwiches. As we entered, we politely asked a young Latina woman if the store was open. Her immediate response was, “We close in 10 minutes,” which felt more like a dismissal than a welcome. There was no “Hello” or greeting of any kind—just a clear message that they’d prefer not to serve us.
While one of my friends proceeded to order, there was still no “thank you,” no smile, and no basic customer service. Another employee eventually came out to finish preparing the sandwich, and again, not a single word was said. She just gave us dirty looks, making the whole experience feel even more uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when my friend asked for his sandwich to be toasted, he was told it couldn’t be done because they were “already closing,” despite the fact that the store was still technically open. He had to settle for a cold sandwich, which clearly ruined the experience for him.
The food itself didn’t help. The lettuce was old and sour, and after everything, two of us decided not to order at all due to the unwelcoming vibe and poor treatment from the staff.
Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. A little basic courtesy and effort would have...
Read moreWon’t be getting a cent out of me or anyone in my family! I used to come to this store fairly often as it used to be my family’s favorite location but the past two times we’ve come in it’s been the same short and horrible purple haired girl. My daughter, who has a slight stutter, was trying to order for herself when this terrible girl started yelling at her to hurry up. I was too shocked to say anything especially because my daughter is barely 10 and we were the only people in the restaurant and things seemed slow. My daughter cried the moment we were in the car.
I haven’t come back in until earlier today and when I saw she was working I nearly left until another girl with people hair (who am I to judge 😂)came up to take our orders. I can’t tell you how relived I was until purple people eater began YELLING at the girl helping me. I would’ve said something but the second girl just continued to politely take my order so I decided to stay out of it.
If a customer can’t come in without the same short fused (pun intended) girl yelling at coworkers AND children you shouldn’t be open. Don’t waste your time or money coming here, I know I...
Read moreLong review to say very little. Took a trip from Western Washington to Yellowstone in early July. Stopped for lunch at this Subway in Ellensburg, and, of course, left my wallet in one of the booths. Halfway to Wyoming, I realized that I had no wallet, so no ID, credit cards, debit card, etc. I called the Subway, suspecting that I probably had dropped the wallet there. A staff member took my name and number and within a few minutes, another staff member called me to say they found my wallet. The crew and manager were extraordinary. They offered to mail my wallet to my house, which they did. An employee kept me updated on the shipping, and I was even texted a copy of the shipment information. When I retuned home, my wallet was there, plus $60.00 cash inside, (which I honestly didn't even remember having in there). For people who didn't have to even answer the phone, they went to great lengths and expense to get my sensitive property back to me with everything intact. Thank you all again. There are still some very good...
