I fell the evening prior while home alone with my two kids who have severe medical needs. I went to KVH ER the following morning at the request of my firefighter husband. I Lost consciousness, soiled myself while I was unconscious, no one witnessed my fall, and had a 1ālong open head wound next to my temple and eye . Doctor did not want to see photos or hear the sound of my fall which was captured on my home seizure cameras. They were more concerned about my vaccination status than proper concussion/fall protocol. I was interrogated as to if I had vaccines, why I canāt have vaccines, which vaccines I canāt have, what happens if I get them. I questioned back why so many questions and was told āin case I receive one accidentally, they need to know what happensā. Needless to say I was appalled any medical place would accidentally give a vaccine that I did not give consent to. I was highly offended but tried my best to obtain my composure as if I stood my ground of the lack of care I would be deemed hostile, as told by prior incidents which Iāve had to fight for proper care with Kittitas Hospital departments. I was also placed in a back room that was poorly lit and equipped because I have a medical condition to wearing masks and shields but I compromised and wear the shield even though Iāll still have delayed bronchial breathing issues from wearing it. They assumed I wanted a transport to Harborview for the fall which wasnāt the case. It was mentioned a few times a fall like mine doesnāt necessitate a transport to Harborview. I did not want to be transported.never once did I ask. No one looked closely at my head wound that was close to my eye and I said there was chunky fleshy bits that came out when I regained consciousness after the fall. Doctor asked what I meant and still refused to look at it. I had to ask for a CT scan. He tried to ward me off from getting one. The CT scan came back within 10 minutes. A quick peak in the the door saying I can go and that it looked good. The following day I developed a stutter, I have oozing from my wound, dizziness and a headache and blurry vision. I just wanted proper care for my injury which I had to ask to get. It seemed like my vaccine status played into factor into discrimination on proper care.
If you have major medical needs I highly suggest not moving to this area. This hospital highly lacks care and resources to properly care for children with complex needs and adults that donāt fall under their āyes mamā regime. We needlessly to say, are having to move because of this hospital. And this isnāt my first issue with this hospital in...

My score is 10 and the reason why I chose that is because I had great experience with Dr. Longo the day that I ran over my foot with a four wheeler. I went to the ER from the ER the next day. I had an Appointment at orthopedic KVH I saw Shane that day and he took a look at my leg and my x-rays and he says we definitely gotta do surgery so they did a preop for me to come back to see Longo And when I saw him, he told me that they would have to do an internal fixation. He said I can choose to do that and get it Sooner or I can wait I said I just want to Get this done with so we set an appointment for me to go into surgery to have Internal fixation placed I had that on for about a week. I came back for my second appointment for my second surgery to have internal fixation removed and the same time they did surgery on my fibia and tibia to be put back in place with plates and screws I had lots of follow ups after that with Dr. Longo. I had a great experience. Heās a very kind person and He does a good job on explaining the surgery very detailed šhe gets his job done and he knows what heās doing. I just wanted to thank you Dr. Longo for being with me on this long road since last October 23rd 2024 to March 4th 2025 Iām blessed to say that I am boot free as of 3/4/25 Iām beyond thankful to be able to start getting the strength back in my left foot. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the cle elum office. Went to Dr Cellerman ( specialist podiatry) and I was referred by my primary at kvh Ellensburg. Not only were they 45 minutes late, but then the doctor comes in with no apology, no hurry, no questions and no experience. With gloves on he touched my foot with a thumb and fore finger, moved it as if looking at it and I told him the problems I'm having with my ankle and foot. He said these issues are out of his scope. Even though he's listed as a podiatric specialist. Within 2 minutes I realized that he was not experienced enough to actually help me. All imaging had been done prior to this appointment, none of it was reviewed prior to visiting with me. I literally stood up for the first time in my life, and told him he was wasting my time and I left. I've never seen a doctor this lazy, or discourteous of his patient's time or problems. He was not rude I'll give him that. But it was literally like asking my child to see if I had a splinter. I then called my regular physician in Ellensburg and explained, that this guy should never be referred for podiatry, as it seems he has no experience. I don't leave reviews and I don't make complaints although there have been many at kvh hospital and clinics overall. If it wasn't for my amazing doctor, Dr beard, I would not be going through this...
