Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Ellicott City

We were in the mood for something close and starchy so we figured we'd try pizza bolis! We placed the order online and got a 20 minute wait time (around 7:20). After 20 minutes, we went over to pick up the food. We waited until 8:10, 50 minutes after ordering and half an hour after the original pick up time, for two salads, a sub, and a pasta. A number of other people were also waiting for orders. This would have been a 4 star rating without the wait.

Once we got the food, it was mostly good. The cheese steak sub was the biggest disappointment, it didnt have much actual steak on it and was a bit bland and flat and sad. We'd probably skip it next time. Other than that, the chicken alfredo was hot and the flavors were good, it had a lot of chicken and broccoli. The ceasar salad was giant and pretty good, I mean it's hard to mess up a salad with 3 ingredients but it was all fresh. The Greek salad had a TON of cheese.

We'll definitely be back to try other stuff! I want to...

Wouldn't recommend, went here close to closing time, order was messed up called in spoke with manager and was told a credit would be put in the the system system for take of my order.. I live hour and 15 from this place. Now. I'm the area again wanting to take advantage of my credit. Being giving the runarounds about they don't know what I'm talking about and I have to speak with the manager. I request to speak with manager and the supposedly manager that gets on the phone says " I'm not in charge, you have to call back in an hour" mind you I called the day before as well to speak with manager and was told call back after 5. I called back after 5 and was told manager isn't in. So now I'm forced to call corporate on this location and let them know how unprofessional these...

The chicken gyro plater was tasty. Service was quick. It's open late, so that's nice. They were friendly . Get the white sauce on the side if you want to have control over how much is on the food. . It's basically a take out only spot; there was no seating. . My only gripe is that I specifically asked if utensils were in the takeout bag, and the owner answered yes to the question, but when I went to eat my food, there were no utensils in the bag. Luckily, I was able to hunt some down in the continental breakfast area of the hotel. . I would probably only go back if it was late at night, and I there were limited other...
