I entered your café for the first time and received no greeting or welcome. The only person who acknowledged me was a customer, whom I initially thought was the owner. When it was my turn to order, the cashier didn't acknowledge me or show any courtesy nor did she ask me if there was anything else I would like. I initially thought it was just how she was…
Meanwhile, three white customers came in, and the cashier greeted each of them warmly, projected her voice when speaking with them and explained the menu and asked them if there was anything else they needed. Well, by then, it was obvious…
This disparity in treatment based on appearance is unacceptable. If your business can't provide equal service to all customers, I won't be returning or recommending your café to anyone. Your business thrives because of all customers, and everyone deserves great service, regardless of their appearance.
Set aside all prejudices and treat every customer with dignity.
Also, the music was excessively loud and didn’t suit the atmosphere. Softer, more appropriate background music would have been a better choice for a cafe.
Most of all, the bubble tea was not good at all. It had a weird aftertaste and was nothing special. It seemed like they just mixed milk and tea. In my opinion, it was too expensive for a drink that I could have made myself. All the hype about this tea is just a marketing tactic.

Read moreVisited Tea-Do for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! They have some great food options along with a large drink menu. The staff is very friendly and got our order out quickly.
We tried some of the Onigiri (baked salmon, shrimp tempura, eel, and kani w/ seaweed), and they were great! The onigiri themselves were larger than we expected and came work spicy mayo to dip them in. We were pretty full with 2-3 per person.
We also tried the Taiwanese Fried Chicken. They had both spicy and mild and we went with the spicy version. The chicken bites definitely had a kick to them! But they were crunchy, warm and had a nice taste.
As for the drinks, I had the Thai Milk Tea that comes with the classic bubbles. I’ve had a lot of Thai Milk Tea, but Tea-Do is now my favorite! It doesn’t taste diluted and has a good flavor. My fiancé had the Hello Kitty speciality drink and loved that! It was refreshing and the Star bubbles/gummies in the bottom were fun.
Overall, we loved this place, and we will now probably be regulars! Definitely...
Read moreTeado is really yummy. Customer service wasn't the greatest when we stopped in, we were barely acknowledged when we first walked in (there wasn't really anyone being tended to when we first entered), whereas other (Asian) ethnicities seemed to be acknowledged more readily when they walked up to the counters. Regardless, that is the only reason I give it four (4) stars. If it weren't for that, they would have five (5) stars. Their tea is DELICIOUS. The bubbles are tasty as well. We found this place when we were randomly in the area and decided to stop by and try some boba tea, and we are SO happy we did! I can't wait to go back and try more flavors of tea!!!! They have such an amazing selection, I didn't know what to try at first. But then I tried the Tropical Twister and I am so happy I did. It was so delicious and well balanced with multiple tropical fruit flavours! I definitely recommend stopping in and trying Teado if you haven't already. Your taste buds will jump...
