When you walk in you are screamed at by a very loud and rude fecalfeliac. He screams "CAN I HELP THE NEXT CUSTOMER" in your face when you are already at the counter standing right in front of him, and yes, he touches your food EVERY TIME he hands you your tray with his filthy disgusting fingers. 1 out of 4 chicken fingers has a horrible rotten meat taste, like they give you one old expired one so they don't need to throw it away. Only about 50% of your order is cooked fresh. It is common to get two soggy cold fingers right next to two fresh cooked ones in the same order. After they were open for a few months their chicken fingers shrank down to 1/3 of the original size and the price just went up AGAIN. Seriously, you will be able to finish most of these tenders in two bites and some will be gone in one bite. Good thing there is a Popeye's AND a Chick-fil-a opening within a few blocks. Read moreI was disappointed that I did not get my chicken on a kaiser roll. However the Texas toast was quite good. Just one problem with that. The chicken kept falling off the sandwich. I did not get to taste much of the sauce it was only on one side of the bread. And I like to know there's lettuce on my sandwich besides just one leaf or a fraction of one leaf. Their fries were good although somewhat limp. The drink that came with the meal was very good ( Coke) . The kids said they were quite generous with the ice in the drink. I at least gave it a try. Don't know if or when I...
Read moreMy office attempted to do a group order from another chicken chain restaurant and we had issues with progress. At the last minute we decided to order from Raising Cane's instead. We had 15 orders which we placed at 11 o'clock to be picked up at noon.
The online group ordering process is flawless. When we arrived at the Ellisville, MO location a few minutes early, the employees working the front met us with smiles and apologized they were still getting everything together. We left the restaurant just after noon. The employees working up front were very friendly and well organized with our large order. Back at the office, all of our employees were happy because all of the orders were correct, the food was fresh!
Raising Cane's will be on our list for future...
